For most situations, no. Because red and purple enemies can still hurt you 100% and you're giving up critical hit chance/damage or some skill-related stuff.

every time you get near a possible spawn point the game might spawn him, so you can check a few till you find him,
there is also a cooldown, so its best done right after logging in, or after going to do something in NY,
as if you were doing openworld or mission stuff, you may have spawned him somewhere and put him on cooldown.

also you can ping pong between 2 spots till you get him,
my picks are the spot just north east of whitehouse where the classified entry is, he can spawn just north of that,
and the downtown east safehouse, where you run up the stairs and he can spawn in the alley
jsut keep going back and forth between the two, if hes not on cooldown its usually in a few jumps, most ive had is 8/9-ish before the game spawned him, but usually its 1-3 jumps

The AK47 - big bullets and slow ROF synergizes well with Umbra, otherwise you reload way too often. Big bullets means you can 1-clip tank builds where otherwise you'd have to insert a full reload in before the kill.

aka: 0120, 2140, etc. So the final piece would be 81-99.

After you collect all 5 pieces, you must complete Floor 100 of Summit, this will give you the Project itself.

Being debuffed seems to hugely encourage waiting until the debuff falls off.

I suggest using Stinger Hive over EMP pulse. The CD of a single stinger hive charge is faster and it has more of a CC effect.

A little more awkward to place, but definitely faster overall.

Stinger Hive is basically just a superior grenade for this event, honestly.

For leveling the most efficient way is to farm convoys, but tbh just play the game however you want and just level up naturally

Div2 has a weighted system, where it more likely rolls Attributes that are the same "colour" as the primary stat.
aka: you're more likely to get blue rolls on a Closer, since its first default roll is Armour.

I've left Heroic CD a few times in the first couple of minutes based on how I saw the team handle the first batch of hunters. If there were lots of deaths, it's a reliable sign the final extraction will be murder, in which case I'm wasting my time. Other reasons for leaving are if at least 2 people disconnect, which means, again, extraction will go badly.

I never leave challenging unless people insist on running turret and drone that will get us all killed.

The enemies can be killed w/o explosives but they take reduced dmg. When it refers to shielded enemies it means the yellow enemies while the event is active

In order to drop the shields you have to hit them with explosives. So things like cluster nades/cluster seeker and mortar will be your best friend

You can use emp but since there are more options for explosives skill and build wise I just made a explosive build

The first time I tried it on Normal when I was just starting out, I had a hard time too. Both my brother and I wiped several times. I didn't have this Discord server to help me. But I got it done eventually after some 7-8 tries and reading guides on the Internet. You've got some good advice here from people. Use shocktraps near the entrance and bait them in, then go to town. Foam also helps, via chem launcher or riot foam grenades. And call for backup or ask a friend for help. It's a lot easier then.

That's the thing about probability and randomness. If something is random, there's never a guaranteed chance. Just because it's 50/50 when flipping a coin, it doesn't necessarily mean you will always hit both sides at some point.
That's how probability works. The fact that you got 11 wyvern holsters is a thing that's probably happened to hundreds of others before you with some other item. I don't see why you need to complain about it in a looter shooter.
That's how rng works. It's not rigged, you just have shit luck. Flipping a coin will always have a 50/50 chance. That chance never increases or lowers just because you keep going, that's not how probability works.

You can always optimize them, that's how I got my maxed out ACS-12, reroll and optimizing is the best bet if you can't find anything great (even with target loot)
