Those issues or known issues is been with the game for a long time now barely any improvements to be honest, for some it works for some still the same. So in short fixes barely do anything as it offers a hit or miss may work for a couple of hours after that back to the same looping issues.

hostiles have special gear that target isac enabled agents transfer exposure to the hostiles by doing cover to cover attacks or melee
my game seems to hate CD

basicly, once you are in combat you gain stacks, at max stacks you can transfer them by a cover to cover move or melee-ing enemies
which is kind of dumb, because you have to get close to the enemies while taking more damage from them...
also the transfer range is rather short
once transferred you can chain transfer it by killing the enemies quickly
but you will continue building new expose stacks shortly after transferring them, so over all, expect to take more damage all the time

The currently active event in div2 is a purely cosmetic based one, the cosmetics are based on the 6 "Spec Trees" (Survivalist, Sharpshooter, etc).
you gain pieces of these clothes by opening caches, you gain keys to get them by either real money or gaining 4x SHD Levels for 1 key.

you can switch them around whenever you want too, and in most cases it'll save your progress (exception being the 'do this for three consecutive levels' ones)
eg you can complete 5 ascent challenges in 10 floors, just start one of the 'play 3 floors like this' challenges, when you finish the 3rd floor switch to the 'open 3 summit crates' challenge before opening the crate, switch back to a new '3 floors' challenge after opening the crate, then repeat on floors 4-6 and 7-9, then finish off with one of the boss floor challenges

To get from expertise level 1 to 2 you have to become proficient on scorpio the eqivalent of 5 times (50 proficiencies)

Basically it's a system where the more variety of gear you use and get proficient you can upgrade weapons and gear to higher expertise ranks

@paper phoenix basically you need to grind a TON to get everything proficient to reach level 21 and then you need some ridiculous amount of materials (1.55k steel, 410 SHD cal, 310 field recon etc estimated for EVERY weapon and EVERY skill so thats like 15k steel for ONE build if you include specialized weapon

My apparel keys are not getting added do we have to do something else too to get them... Like I am leveling it shows up, watch level up but the key after 4 level ups is not getting added..

Kill them for loot or scare them off, doesn't matter which. They have no impact on gameplay.
Some have set spawns and there is one that had a recognizable pattern that would spawn from time to time in a building. Nothing ever came out of it, though. Not in the years he's been spawning there.

There are people on Reddit claiming the same thing. Saying it's not always the case, but it can happen where it may skip a drop cycle.
I don't know how much truth there is to that, just gotta find out yourself.

I just earned a Shade paragon key, and it said it and I have no keys. Then I leveled up again making sure it wasn't just mek and the next level sayd Key in 3 levels
Okay so I restarted the game and the key is now there in my inventory.

You just do the manhunt objectives.
Do the control points, bounties, and whatever activity is asked of you.
The control points, missions, bounties, and districts that are affected are highlighted yellow on your map.

Work around is to switch it to blue or yellow, then red from there. Don't know if it still works.

The best runs are typically about half an hour or less on Raids. I know DH can be done in basically 10-15 minutes.
There's leaderboards if you want to check, but no one knows where the line is between legit and cheated runs.
I'd say you'd have to go the speedrun website to see what the records are.
