Best bet is to report your issues to the team via the forums or the known issues board (board is pinned in #unofficial-troubleshooting) we have some comms with the CMs, but very rarely do direct devs pop in.

Remember: you only need 60 points in total over 2 weeks, and you get 40 from completing a single week's missions at Rank 10.
So doing 2 of them again in the 2nd week will get you to cap without having to bleed a single enemy/kill a BT elite.

Note: Pestilence is sometimes recommended by people, but it is a very poor choice. It's not that strong in the first place, but what makes it especially weak on Strikers is the bonus damage from Strikers stacks do not apply to the Pesti stacks.
