Ever since I bought the game, I’ve been getting a MIKE-01 error whenever I try to log in. I haven’t been able to play the game since I bought it—I can’t even access the menu. I’ve tried changing my DNS settings (8.8.8.8–8.8.4.4, 1.1.1.1–1.0.0.1), uninstalling and reinstalling the game, logging in via VPN, and using my phone’s mobile data. The issue hasn’t been resolved. I submitted a support ticket but haven’t received a resolution. I’d really appreciate it if anyone who’s experienced this problem and found a solution could help me out. I want to play the game. I haven’t been able to play it at all.

d. sometimes b & c

f. any combination of the above

but only once, after which it would again cause a system crash regardless

Are you looking at the right materials? In the mats tab of your inventory there's a section marked Optimisation materials, those are the only ones that should be doubled (tactical assessments, field recon data, shd calibrations etc)

Posting this for visibility- I've been experiencing frequent issues where MAX HANDLING (PEAK) 67.5% HANDLING SPLIT OFFENSE/COMPRESS OFFENSE/NULLIFY combo bugs out and the weapon handling stops working. Both LMG's and AR's are affected. I've swapped to MAX HANDLING (OPTIMAL) 53% HANDLING SATURATE/ UTILITY CASCADE/SPLIT UTILITY combo and this works as intended all the time. I would prefer the MAX HANDLING to work all the time but understand there are probably more pressing issues.

All other striker pieces show. Fixed- it's a UI bug on the default setting, the backpack was invisible. I selected "sort by grade" and the backpack appeared at the top of the striker expertise upgrade menu.

Yeah this game is old and a lot of bugs , i hope they will fix a lot of them in the next patches , on my first agent account it was like the others people describe , watch should be unlocked when you just talk with quarthermaster, and it was like that, but not on my second agent , so i know i did something like that ,when i was in DC i was clicking with mouse on the watch and one time or two with the space , and then it started ISAK protocol, hacking the watch. At the Aron Keener fight, killed the rocket he comes out of his shack and gives me a bad day I die then respawn and he is stuck in the shack . The target loot (Core Strength) seems to never drop as prototype, and since proto drops are usually mostly TL, that means far fewer proto drops overall.

That's a very common issue, I think if you click into anything else while waiting for the game to boot, it will happen. Alt+enter is the easy keyboard shortcut to toggle it back to fullscreen though.

So on retaliation we gave a 50% drop rating on blue prints. Just im not getting any at all after over a dozen runs i have over 6 or 7 hyenas blue prints left. I keep getting things like talking for the descent or stairs for the descent what's up with this? please. So confused. My Lvl 13 Yaahl Mask is stuck and cannot be upgraded from its current lvl. My Global Expertise Level is maxed, so I should be able to upgrade the mask. However, the option to do so is completely missing from the expertise menu for Yaahl gear.

I have all the necessary materials to upgrade the mask to max, but the button/entry simply isn't appearing.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm trying to figure out if it's a known issue or a potential new UI/logic bug. Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated!

Tried changing my polling rate from 1000hz to 500hz. Worked for 30 min then the issue started again. My CPU is only under around 10% load, this shouldn't be related to my mouse. The game just seems to be poorly optimized.

The console likely doesnt have enough ram to play it natively and memory chunks get stuck within the ram. After too many, crashes when it repeatedly gets an internal error from trying to send a file larger than what the ram handles.
Heat also means slower machine.
So thats not good. Use lowest settings on console. See the speed.
Hugh settings on consoles is hit and miss but good for planned pictures ingame. Not many games have multiple profiles for visual settings. Sometimes nvidia driver software has some settings for a game you can set to a profile though.

I can't say for sure, but I'm fairly sure Directives wouldn't impact TL.
If they do, I've not heard anyone mention it yet. Happy if I'm wrong though!

What is your low latency set to in Nvidia control panel? If it's on Ultra this has been known to cause stuttering

Why is there NO "Cross-Progression" and "Cross-Play" between PC and any of the consoles (PSN, XBOX) and PC???? This is the very definition of what this means???? I have almost-platinum Division 2 on PS4/PS5 and many friends on consoles. I rebaught the game on PC and was excited for "Cross-Progression" and "Cross-Play" only to realize it was not. This makes absolutely no sense and is a major blunder on Ubisoft's attempt to boost its player base. All AAAA major loot shooter games have this. They did update some graphical features such as better lighting (however it's not specified how the lighting is improved), and more shadow counts. This will be slightly more taxing on lower end PCs but hardly noticeable on better hardware.
Loading times became longer after the last DLC iirc. Don't know about the disconnects, but that's probably a server side thing and not a client thing.

You get more Spec Tree points by doing specific stuff anyway, the SHD level gains are minimal and best used as a backup.
Invaded Weekly, special bounties, stuff like that are your main source.
Div2 is best thought of as a marathon, there's ways to optimise how you run it, but it's not really designed to be a continuous sprint.

Guys I’ve been playing The Division 2 for quite a long time, but recently, for some reason, the game has started loading much slower than usual. Once I get into the game, the FPS becomes extremely bad. A few seconds after I spawn in, the game freezes completely and then disconnects me with a Delta-03 error.

I honestly don’t know what happened. I’ve already tried many different fixes, but nothing has worked so far.

It was completely fine before, I could even play the game while having Chrome open with 5 tabs at the same time. But now, I can’t even move after spawning into the game.

Ok this may sound like a stupid ? as i decided to level a character up as i was starting to get a bit board.
In regards to leveling a character properly to boosting a character.
Why is it if i boost a character to 40 i then get the Demo, Sharp and Surv Spec Points maxed instantly.
But if i level a character properly to 40 i have to grind the Spec Points out for those 3.
Is it me or are they rewarding the lazy way over the genuine way.
Surely it should be the other way around.

Audio issue in group, Can anyone suggest a fix? Am I missing something.

I use a mic but when I join a group or when someone joins my group, unless they are a friend or someone I play with regularly, they seem to be automatically 'hard' muted - I can't hear them if they say something and they can't hear me and I don't have an option in the social menu to unmute/mute them. Take a look at the pic I uploaded. There's an 'x' next to their speaker icon in the social menu but I have no option to unmute them. With friends I play with regularly I have that option and there is no 'x' next to their speaker icon. ps, I haven't muted the group (option at the bottom of the screen) and I know they are not deliberately muted because we then speak via discord.

I've had this issue since the start of the new season, I never had this issue in the past. Am I missing turning on/off some settings option? Thanks for any help.

Thinking it might be the new child-protection thing that's now active in some countries. If so, you need to log into your account settings on the Ubisoft website, head to the privacy centre, new layout, Social Preferences, and do the age verification thing to enable text and voice chat with non-friends.

But, looks like I won't be able to fix it, which means I can no longer voice chat/text chat people in game, really useful in escalation 🙄 I don't have a camera attached to my pc so I can't do a face scan and the Yoti app doesn't accept passports which have expired (I haven't been abroad for a long while). I tried verifying my age with a credit card/debit card, the same card I've used to purchase stuff on uplay in the past but for whatever reason it won't accept it. Great job Ubisoft!!!!

Your hardware isn't the issue, unless you have some botched drivers. All of what you have should run Div 2 flawlessly, with almost all settings at their highest. Settings I would check first, is 1. Make sure V-sync is not enabled in the game settings. 2. Make sure your Monitors refresh rate is set to its optimal settings in video card settings.

Stash is still bugged, i have Whiplash pistol there and cannot move it to inventory for some reason, cannot pick up new items as well, just mods, even though i have space in the inventory. Only rolls max on one of the stats if you upgrade from 30 expertise, chance for any other stats is super low but can happen. Armor and Weapon dmg can be the rolled stat, if it's skill tier that always upgrades to 1.5 and one attribute will upgrade as well on skill gear.

I've had some pretty serious issues with motion sickness and was having a really hard time with the closed beta because of TD2's lack of an FoV slider. I was able to play using a larger monitor and custom resolutions to force a wider fov by simulating a different aspect ratio but I really don't want to have to do that.

I want to pre-order but I can't if I can't confirm an FoV slider because I won't be able to play it unless I buy a real widescreen monitor and that's not in the cards right now.

Please let me know if there are any plans to implement this in the final release or if you all have any plans in the future. Thanks!

Hey @twin yarrow go to your The Division 2 site. Log in to your account. Then click on your profile in top right and click on account management. Then log in again to Ubisoft Account Management Site. Select Account Information tab. Then under Personal Information click the "Please update me..." checkbox (if it already is then uncheck then re-check it). Hope this helps.

I load the game, and at 20% all sound cuts out. which means that in game, no sound whatsoever and it will "hang" and then "catch up" several seconds later with a burst of sound and cuts out again
