And I'm trying to do the new york dlc but it's disappeared 😕. I fast travel to the pilot but can't find the pilot no more or the pilot at the settlement doesn't have the new york travel point. How can I go about getting this fixed

You probably need to get a recording showing the issue and open a ticket with Ubisoft support using the pinned links in this channel.
For manhunt missions you don't have to do them in order if you just go to the standard version of the mission (eg Manning Zoo), open the mission options and toggle mission mode.

Oh, that sounds like an issue with the invasion. Manning Zoo is invaded this week and requires you to complete the invaded versions of camp white oak and Jefferson trade centre, you can toggle mission mode on those to switch them back to invaded, or do it on zoo to switch it away from invaded, and it should fix it

Basically the 'locked by' dialogue is showing the active version of the missions instead of the correct one

Camp white oak actually 4 different mission modes (regular, invaded, Lau manhunt, Recruiter manhunt) so you might have to toggle it a few times to get the one you want

Can someone tell me how to get year pass 1. From what i can find, you need it to do special missions like the places marked by the blue compass sign. But I can't find anywhere where I can buy that pass. It's for the PC version.

It's included in the ultimate edition of the game, otherwise you should be able to find it in the in-game store, add-ons tab.
If you go to one of the classified mission entrances and try to start the mission it'll probably take you straight to the right place in the store

Yeah, it's been like that for months or quite possibly years. Guess the boss room is technically outside the West End area, even if the mission entrance isn't.

Months, maybe. But I know it has not been years. Because I have not been back playing the game for that long 😂 , and I have played the West End Sweep at least a couple of times where he did count 😅 . Honestly, I thought it might have changed when they fixed the bug where killing any enemy of the same faction as an intended named enemy would count. But that might have been too recent 🤔

so not sure where else to ask this but playing Div1 and running through Hudson Refugee Camp and suddenly both of my SHD skills are unable to be used (their icons are just empty/really really faint, not even the like gray "cooldown" thing but almost invisible)

Hi there, got a real nutcracker of a problem with the game freezing. I hope that someone can help. When I start the game, it loads up all ok, but when attempting to change the resolution, make a Fullscreen, or switch off the HDR setting, it instantly freezes. So, I have to shut it down, then start again, and it only loads up in the window. When this happens, the game can't be put back to full screen, and it will freeze again. The only remedy in which I found a temporary fix would be going to my Documents, then Division 2 game files, and deleting a File called state.cfg, so when I load the game again, it comes back to Fullscreen, but only until I try and change the resolution. Now that Windows and graphic card drivers are up to date, I'm running on a hefty 4080 Super, so there should be no problems with performance, as before The Burden of Truth season, everything was running 4k. Any Ideas?

Why not use "Windowed (Fullscreen)"? Do you need to force a specific resolution?

I've had a possibly related but less serious problem the last few weeks where the game boots in windowed mode and as soon as I make it fullscreen it minimises, and for the next minute or so every time I select it, it instantly re-minimizes. After a short while the problem stops and lets me play normally though. Very odd.

Has there been any reports of the XP event completing without finishing the event first? There is one clan member in TLB that has had this happen this morning. The individual logged out to switch chars then when he logged back in the event was prematurely completed. Is there a way to help him with this issue?

If the first character you log in as has low or 0 shd (eg less than level 40, or a HC character) then you log off and switch to a high shd character, the game might think you have just gained all those shd levels, 'completing' the event

That said, I tried to make it happen today and failed, so it might be looking at the shd level of the last character you logged in as BEFORE the event started

I logged in with my main character before the event even started, Logged in today for my first time with my main lvl 40 as well, got around 100 levels, switched to my second to get my spec points up for firewall and boom I checked the event and it said all boosted XP has been gained, meanwhile I only acquired 100 levels, I sent in a ticket. Hopefully they look at it soon.

So on March 8th around midnight, I tried loading my main character and BAM—game crashes at 100% with a DELTA-05 error. My second character worked fine at first, but next day—same error.

What I’ve tried:
Swapped DNS settings 🔄
Killed the firewall 🛑
Ran network diagnostics (all green) 📡
Unlinked/re-linked Twitch (made a new account ‘cause I forgot the old password during a drop event) 🪓🔗
Weird part: Even after nuking all Twitch-Ubi connections, my main is still softlocked. Followed Ubisoft’s fixes—nada.
Anyone else hit this DELTA-05 wall? Feels like my agent’s stuck in the Dark Zone IRL. 😩 Trying to grind for Brooklyn DLC—any ideas?

this game is so broken now. disappearing enemies. broken missions and bounties that won't continue to next checkpoint. skills and talents stop working entirely when moving through missions. talents just cease as well as skill abilities. the constant crashing of course is a normal ubilsoft by-product, but i will mention it anyway. waapon swapping being done out of nowhere without touching anything. real good one was i joined a friend and both the modifers and golden bullet were active at the same time. really went haywire and we had to start the mission all over. did everyone see that patch fix from a few weeks ago? nothing but problems and more than half the things in the patch notes that stated were fixed................big surprise.........not fixed. made more problems than they fixed. one day they might do a job right. but not today.

Seems like you have two different ubisoft accounts under the same email, I assume one of those emails has a spelling mistake in it which made a new account. Sadly because the game is already attached to one account you can't put it on the other

Flashed bios to latest edition. Reinstalled both amd drivers after the flash. Then reinstalled division. If you are having a driver go to sleep as I did too, google has a great walk through.

things need to fixed.

1. turret deployment falls in cover or under cover rather than on top.
2. slow motion movement in safe houses and other areas. didn't use to be this way....
3. oxy cannister and others on cool down when switching builds. cannister cool down is real slow for oxy and can be sped up through build switching to fix
   issue but is a pain in the butt. slower than the time indicated. way slower. fix it please.

8. rikers are over powered in health and armor. they have an extra health bar in most cases. makes descent runs impossible and open world

9. walking or running and suddenly my weapon switched to my pistol but still shows assault rifle ammo. i didn't switch my weapon, stop it!
10. elite patrols are still apart of the open world priority objectives. u guys said u were going to remove it as an option.
11. mission selection in priority objectives is mostly pentagon, darpa, white oak....over and over and over again.
12. scorpio shotgun changed talent - u guys killed the talent. 9 shots 1 reload and all must be done in 10 seconds to activate full talent.
    7rd mag not 9. 2.34 reload. what a joke.
    absolutely no math or thinking went into this change.

Is there anyway to unglitch a character on the ps5? It has for the last week been adding in the Scavenged Skills instead of Special Ammo in the Directives. After learning about this, I downloaded the 11374 and 11124 versions. I tried to disconnect the Internet connection in time, but. Unfortunately, it didn't help.

I would appreciate it if someone could explain how to run TheDivision from Ubisoft Connect.

Well, I've figured out a little better how to manipulate the Ubisoft Connect versions, but they don't allow you to play The Division if you have this problem.

(When you download version 11374, for example, and specify in the version files that it is already 11684, it does not help to avoid this problem)

Well, I would be grateful if someone could help solve this impasse with the game. It is very sad when a licensed product cannot be launched from the publisher's official launcher.

No, iirc it's assigning the functionality of cool skills with the visuals of special ammo (or possibly vice versa). To make it work properly you either have to have both active, or neither.

Recently bought an Xbox controller and it doesn't seem to work right. Some inputs work and others don't. The looks sensitivity is very high and feels off. Scrolling with the d-pad is also very sensitive and very hard to navigate.

However, I have noticed when I press the Left Stick to activate Steam's on screen keyboard, the game then seems to recognize the controller correctly, looks sensitivity and d-pad sensitivity feel like it should and the controller overall functions normally. I have removed the mapping for the On-screen keyboard, but even then the game doesn't seem to properly recognize the controller until I activate the keyboard.

Does anyone have any suggestions to why this is happening?
I play the game on Uplay. I have tried not even opening Steam when playing and just have no idea what is causing this issue.

If you have an Nvidia card, you can maybe trying enabling "Background Application Max Frame Rate" to whatever framerate you want, but I don't know if this will actually work. It might be more of an FPS limiter for opposite scenarios, where you actually want to cap FPS to a lower number, while alt tabbed. Other than that you'd need some trick to make windows think the game is still in focus. I think there are ways to do that but I don't have experience. I have checked the config files and didn't see anything in there that would do it, but I don't know what all settings in the config files do, unless they have more obvious names.

Are you saying when your entire PC basically runs at 10fps (or whatever the game runs at when not in focus) when alt tabbed though? That doesn't sound right either

Sounds like the game is losing focus (like you're alt tabbed) for whatever reason when in fullscreen/borderless full screen. Not really sure why that would happen though. I'm on Windows 11 and play borderless full screen without this issue.

Yeah exactly. I can tab out of the game then move the cursor back in and still scroll any game menus etc. and it will be at 10fps. But as soon as I click back on the game window or alt-tab back in, I get full FPS again

I did. I ended up updating my graphic drivers and relaunching division 2 from using the nvidia recommended settings. It's still a little bit unstable (like crashes every now and then) but now I can at least play the game for several hours without crashing most times

I only want to activate special ammo but a lot of times it just switches to scavenged skills.

They’re often just reversed. If you want special ammo to be on, enable scavenged skills in the list and you should then always have special ammo enabled. Sometimes your skill UI can bug out and show the cooldowns as green ticket icons instead of a numerical countdown, but this is just visual, the skills will still come off cooldown like normal.

Yes, they keep switching, it's a problem for everyone. When they are switched you can just activate scavenged skills to get your special ammo though. The skills might look like they need those green drops to cool down, but they actually don't and will cool down over time.

I've ran the whole season with 4 directives (scavenged skills enabled to actually get special ammo) and never had any issues, apart from the UI bugging out. You 100% can lock in getting special ammo via enabling scavenged skills, but perhaps it has to be done when they're reversed in the global menu.

Scavenged Skills and Special Ammo directives are reversed. If you want to have Special Ammo directive active, select Scavenged Skills instead. Sometimes your UI can still bug out and display your skill cooldowns as the green ticket icons, but this is purely visual, and the skills still come back off cooldown as normal. But yeah, has been a bug since the season started back in February.

Hey guys, looking for help here.

I’ve been playing The Division 2 on PS4 for the past couple of days, and I keep running into the same issue. Every time I press the aim button (L2), nothing happens. But if I press it again to open my loadouts and try to change outfits, the game completely freezes, then crashes with error code (CE-34878-0).

This has happened probably 10+ times yesterday, and I just tried again today—same result. I already checked for updates on both the game and the system, and everything is fully up-to-date.

So yeah… it just seems to break every time I try to open loadouts. Has anyone had this happen before, or know anything I could try to fix it?

I saw someone else report this within the last few days. Only thing I can think of is it's tied to the fact that capacitor drops in the new lvl 35 progression cache.
If the lvl 35 one doesn't add it to your loot pool then I'm not sure what you can do about it other than open a ticket with ubi support, and good luck getting them to understand the nature of the problem.

you could try changing up your build to do enough damage (6 skill cores, skill damage, status effects) if you have the pieces on you, otherwise the easiest route is probably just to down yourself with a grenade or similar and just restart that stage of the mission

I noticed that the base game, the New York DLC (which I already own), and all related content are significantly cheaper on the Ubisoft website than in the in-game store. On the Ubisoft site, I would not only pay the same, but also receive the base game and the New York DLC again—despite already owning them—and still end up paying less than the current price of the Year 7 Season Pass with the DLC.

I bought dlc via Steam. I can see dlc is installed under my ubi account and my in-game stash is increased to 450, but game would not let me travel to Brooklyn, since both NY and DC pilots do not provide options to travel to Brooklyn.

Do you have an Nvidia GPU and are using latest/recent drivers? I've seen a bunch of people have crashes with latest drivers. One person rolled back to 572.83 and it was fixed for them, another person to 576.28 and it was fixed as well. I am personally on 572.16 I think and have no issues (rtx 4090)

ok just an FYI update on my game not allowing me into DLC after purchase on xbox, looks like the purchase has to sync with the xbox system (took about 8 hours for me). To check go under - manage add-ons via the xbox (highlight game and hit menu button - not the one in game). Once there scroll through your list of add-ons if its not listed it hasn't sync'd. If its there it may show as unchecked, once you check-the-box it will show the text "will install"; close out the game and let it install. This normally happens automatically after a purchase but for some reason it didn't this time.

@hollow seal if you can figure out a way to either one clear your ubisoft cache or two On Xbox, choose the ''My games & apps'' menu, then select ''See all'', ''Full library'', and choose ''Ubisoft+'' to select the tile of a game. Once the game is downloaded, you can launch it from the main menu.

Floor 100 of Summit is meant to be a kind of "final stretch", there are a few areas in div2 where enemies set off a flashbang of sorts, creating the "deafening" sound.
Regardless if it's a glitch or not, I wouldn't expect a quick fix.

The game does not start for me, a small div2 window pops up (with characters), after a short while a second window appears (with the div2 logo), momentarily closes and returns to the ubi app. Everything takes maybe 1,5sec. No error, nothing.
All other games work, checkd 12 installed games (those with eac works too).

• Verified files.
• NVdrivers - latest (I had 576.02, same problem).
• Windows 11pro - everything updated
• No ubi overlay or any other overlay.
• I tried reinstalling the eac in the ubi folder.
  The last time I played on this computer and the game launched (about 1.5 years ago). tbh only games that i had problems in last few years (on pc and xbox) are ubi games, sad.

Does anyone have any idea what else I can try to fix this?

I think directives are still bugged from last season, ragers might be swapped with scavenged skills but because scavenged skills isnt a directive this season, you end up with nothing activating. I gave up on directives this season lol.

Hi, i am unable to change resolution scaling no matter what i do. I did try on full screen/windowed and both of them have no effect on resolution scaling being the highest or lowest. it works only on character screen menu, but when in game, it does not work. i have recorded a video to showcase the FPS different from 50% Resolution scaling and 100% Resolution scaling. I tried updating my nvidia drivers and other stuff. im playing on windows 10 pro rtx 3090 intel i9 14900KF. i even tried it on other pc and it still does not work in game. It does appear resolution scaling is working. You can see your GPU usage go up from 55% to 78% then 90% when you go from 50% to 100% scaling. Do you have something capping fps at 120? Otherwise, try an area outside of the whitehouse where the CPU load is much less. Whitehouse has a lot of NPCs and CPU load is generally much higher there. You shouldn't have a CPU bottleneck with a 14900k though.

you dont really want to use the resolution scaling in TD2, leave it on 100%. also if you CPU bound, resolution doesnt matter since you seem to capping at 120 fps.

hey everyone, not sure if this is the right spot to ask, but i bought the brooklyn dlc on xbox the day it launched with the intent to game share it to a relative and they've been unable to actually play it even though they're on my home xbox. the pilot menu redirects him to the shop when he tries to fast travel, and the shop tells us that he supposedly owns the dlc, so we're stuck.

i know it's not an xbox problem because yesterday i bought elden ring's nightreign dlc and it immediately worked for all of the other accounts on the console.

Idk if anyone can help me, my game keeps crashing on PC after 5 minutes of gameplay or so. I tried Ubisoft launcher and steam and it happens on both. Just asks to send report saying game crashed. Can't play at all.

Do you have an Nvidia GPU and are using latest drivers? I've heard lots of crashing reports for Nvidia GPUs on recent drivers. If you are, try rolling back drivers.

I have a Cache for the Level 35 Milestone in my inventory, but I can not open it. I was running missions and doing okay with the gear I was picking up, so I neglected to open it when it dropped into my inventory. Now at level 40 it is not letting me open it, but I could open other crates I had got before and after it. I assumed it would fix when I logged out last night, but I still have no way to open it. Is this a known issue with a fix I am not seeing, or should I contact support?

this wasnt happening before this last patch.
havent changed graphics settings since the last new card 2 years ago.
