IN fairness, a missions difficulty is not "set" until you start it, just being a bit nit picky here

so 2 things that could happen:

• if the mission doesn't let you set it to master, then you need to be session owner in 2 ways: leave and set it to master, or let them give you leader, go into global settings and turn on "becoming session owner".
• if they run in and they get teleported back out, they haven't done scouts

and no i don't mean you have to run into the mission to start it, you just have to set it to master

I did actually go back to play div 1. Atmosphere there is better but the mechanics of div 2 are a bit better imo. Div 1 did require some skill but the gear felt a bit underwhelming. There was more variety in div 1 I noticed too

the kinda idea of these Global Events is that you change up your normal playstyle, trying out a weird and specific build for the Event.
Or at least modify your current one until it functions.

I went against Ceska because everything here will be rolled CHC and chd. If you can manage to get your contractors and fox's to have CHC, you'll only be missing 24% CHD. Coyote makes up for that at close range

Crit chance will be easy to hit the cap on. You can use 2 piece Zwi and Ceska but your gun will bounce significantly more due to losing the handling bonus 3pc Zwi gives

Makes distance targets harder to hit with ravvy. You'd have to use the M16 with boomerange which is very slept on

2 PC Zwi + Ceska = better overall crits

3 PC Zwi + contractors = more up front damage and easier handling, at the cost of 8% CHC (which can be handled)

None. You'll have to mix and match pieces

Turmoil doesn't slot well on any gear set due to the fact they're kneepads. The strongest slots are usually backpack, chest, gloves and mask

You could use striker but you're trading up coyote or ODogs for turmoil. Both of which help tremendously. Hotshot won't work because you'll only use an airaldi bag Vigi / Chainkiller on it. The rest is hotshot. Slapping it on Nego is a direct nerf to Nego

It's not worth spending time trying to build 200 stacks. You're better off doing single target damage VS multi target damage. Nego was built for multi, Turmoil is like that one friend that pretends to be something they're not and they're twice as bad at it

Nego = 112% transfer across 3 targets (never take the chest for 5)

Turmoil = 50% to enemies within x meters

Nego has no distance limitations

Turmoil does

112% > 50%

On striker sure, it kills fast, but just because you're transferring half that damage doesn't mean you kill 3x quicker. It means you take 2x longer to kill more enemies over time compared to focusing 1 at a time at 100% damage. This is why Nego > Turmoil

Hotshot/Determined is a 1 shot kill for nearly everything. That's what makes turmoil fairly decent. Because you're killing 1 target, transferring half to nearby enemies, allowing 1 shot to kill 2 other birds with the same stone

On most determined / HH setups you'll see a max of about 25m on the best optimal setup. Most named enemies playing solo have 19.78m Health. Elites and lower have less. Half of 25m is about 12.5m, sometimes the number is higher, and that's enough to kill more than 1 enemy if shared across 3 targets at x distance

I am pretty hyped to see how it fits in pvp. I'm not so sure it'll work all that great on our current PvE builds we have now. We would have to trade up an exotic slot (tinkerer, ODogs, Coyote, Nimble) for that specific piece. And if you don't take ceska, you lose 8% CHC for a mere 4% more weapon damage and 5% rate of fire. Your crits will be overall lower but does it increase overall DPS? Unsure

I personally plan on using ceska chest oblit + salvo on my builds with salvo rolled to CHC so I'm trading 12% chd for the 8% ROF

Rigger is better with persistent skills like drone and turret. It has bonuses directed at how often you interact(give them orders)

Hard wired is more for the constant use of one shot skills because its bonuses drastically increase damage and reduce cooldowns.
