i usually look up a few videos on builds that look decent but always get kinda lost with farming the gear or not really knowing what to keep or scrap

it's been suggested running Countdown to work in getting your builds as most things you can target loot and get there minus Dark zone/raid/legendary/master difficulty stuff won't drop there as you'll have to run those to get those items

for sheer clear speed, a bolt action sniper rifle build with 4x Hotshot pieces, Chainkiller and an Airaldi backpack is very hard to beat

all red, all headshot rolls + weapon handling on the chest and backpack, Vigilance talent on the backpack

if you want to make it even faster get a bolt action sniper rifle with Determined (the Perfect Determined G28 is not worth using)

Everytime I play with striker + exodus my dmg at the end in battle table is the lowest in a group despite I am carrying the team and dmg should be highest. Maybe there is an issue with those gloves I dont know?

Everything rolled with Crit DMG and Crit Chance. Make sure Striker's gear has Crit DMG.

Weapons: St. Elmo's (Exotic AR) & Lefty, ACS-12 or Rock&Roll (Named Item). Third attribute should be DMG to Target out of Cover (DTOC).

the link puts you in a google spreadsheet. at the bottom of the screen are the tabs, you click on the Hub (builds) and you'll be presented with names. look at a name that interests you goto the far right of that name to find another link, believe all were evernote links and click on it. you'll get redirected to another site that'll have the build format with weapons and gear pieces alternatives if you don't have the pictured build exactly or one kind of playstyle you like over the other

Any. Memento is got to hybrid your dps without really compromising your damage.
Here is a copy pasta explanation of the benefits.

It is the hardest working single piece in the game.

For me, I look at all it does. Cores and long buff only (at full stacks) represent:

• 45% weapon damage
• 2 shield tiers
• free armor and skill core
• 30% skill damage
• 30% status effects
• 30% skill duration
• 30% skill health
• 30% skill haste
• 30% skill repair
  -# skill buckets™️
• 3% armor regen

Short buff adds core dependant buff and are a nice bonus but dont factor in to my reasoning for usage because its inconsistent unless always cqb when killing

It's definitely doable. You'll lose the armor on kill and free ammo, but you add another tier to the shield. There is also artificer hive locked to tech spec that can stay on the back and passively hit the shield with a %heal every 10 seconds.
That % heal and shield health both scale with memento stacks, with artificer already hitting tier 2 before even considering the other 5 pieces of the build

Refactor is a pretty underrated healing set

A downside to the set is that the uptime on the return to sender burst heals so fast, players can tend to forget to shoot behind cover and start to attack enemies out in the open, and that can lead to unnecessary revives once the drones are on cooldown or don't have a visible target

Very much rather see Refactor than the the normal Turret/Drone build. The heal does work alright nothing special but also not bad if done right.
Ran into a 15k SHD with Standard turret/drone build saying he's doing a lot dmg when we have 2 others were on strikers.

Depends on content.
Nego top dps in target rich environments that take advantage of the talents, missions/open world/summit.

Striker top single target dps when you need to melt really tanky targets, countdown/incursion/legs

Both are equally good for general use tho. You definitely need some changes to the nego you posted. Swap bag to nego, use ceska chest with obliterate or glass and you'll be heading the right direction .

yeah there are a few options, and its mainly preference. police m4 is good, i use carbine7 with flatline on my alts that dont have lex. main thing is you need that long underbarrel for the laser. if you have a reliable way to pulse without the laser you can use any ar

Yes/no or No/yes however you wanna look at it. Coyotes is a pure damage upgrade via CHC/CHD where memento is a damage/regen/bonus armor kind of QOL with a tiny damage loss but it's better the more total kills you get.

It is kill dependent and as I said earlier "it's better the more total kills you get" just kinda means it's highest potential is in solo play cause you get 100% of them. After that it's just really group dependent so it's spotty try it out and see advice.

I get it should be tried and see if it works, but that's normally not what's implied.
It is kill dependant 100, but as you gain stacks that long buff keeps refreshing and lasts 5 minutes. That's a long time to get 1 kill once fully stacked. Even at partial stack you are at a good benefit. Also free cores that dont exist on non memento setups. (Excluding ninja from this, trash piece)

You need to go for consistent headshots at a high fire rate to make Heartbreaker worthwhile if you are not using other means to pulse

The good old 4pc strikers would be enough for new players to get through most content

I would say to drop memento until you can get better chc/chd in other areas first and just use coyotes

Don’t overthink your build at the beginning, you’ll eventually branch out later on

I have something similar and its decent. I prefer highend, personally. You might go for tech support bag talent with the turret/drone. The longer uptime is better for those type skills. Combined and is super strong but leaves you exposed if not using burst style skills like mortar/seeker/sticky

Status effects . Vile mask, eletrique highend either glove/knee/holster with status and haste.
Use capacitor and an insync shotgun as weapons, just make sure you proc the skill damage from the weapons before you fire a sticky or chem. This allows you to pull damage from the status effects, skill damage, and damage to armor 🔥 .
Make sure you have eclipse bag and chest. Very easy to farm. Survivalist is best team spec but you can use tech or firewall if prefered
