i know someone here who's done solo legendary of the original 3 with a sniper build with memento

the crux of it is he just tries to get by on the first encounter, then collect all trophies, then try to finish the next encounter within 5m (when the trophies expire)

And if you need EVEN more survivability you can run everyday carrier with either the first or second options

But strikers is mainly, shoot first ask questions later and use cover/chicken dance as much as you can to not take fire

Example fights around corner where people are following you allows you lazer them before they react usually depending on how many there are

Now if you need even more survivability then at that point just start investing on other builds like headshot regen meta

Like mentioned before striker isn't really a survivab build

So I'm trying to build an Ar/Rifle setup that has an immediate impact. Nothing I gotta stack/build up, I have a sniper build.

I looked at this negotiater build focus wise, and came up with this.

Now on the Evernote sheet it says you need to hit 60 with this build first, which it does using elmo and coyotes mask, other common primary it says ouro, I tryed king breaker, eagle bear, and carbine, out of those carbine could work but stats are low, the other 2 are good, but really rise up when shooting leaving unstability.

I don't understand also if I'm suppose to be at 60 why when I switch to the rifle it drops for chc to high end 40s.

This build is supposed to be able to take on legendary content, so I'm assuming it also should be able to handle heroic difficulty?

And I basically wanna be able to use this for open world, projects and mission content.

Attributes should be Crit Chance (CHC) and CHD (Crit Damage)

On the flipside, there's an argument to be made for Strained requiring you to empty the whole mag in one go every single time to get the full benefit compared to optimist, but most the time you tend to reload the mag at half or lower mag anyway so the point is a bit moot

I use it with Scorpio in countdown sometimes. Coyotes mask, setup backpack, grupo chest, and 3 improv pieces so I can get max pfe on the build. There are better ways to use it than that tho. I only do it cuz I like to just stand under the helo at extraction, opportunistic up all the NPCs and watch the team melt them

Once you get crit chance/damage rolls in you library you can fix up your attributes. With striker rolling red cores it's pretty easy to get into good shape

Check the pinned spreadsheet in this channel and itll have some striker variations that will do great damage. Just kinda match up what you're running to those and you'll be melting stuff well before hitting 150shd. Itll only get better after that 🍻
