You don't need any contributions, just keep being a member and it gives you rewards

You are able to teleport to any zone your alliance has pass access to. At minimum you will teleport to either your current zone or the new zone. Then if you control other passes you could end up in the zones they connect to too

The best thing to do is random teleport until you get into the zone you want and then leave alliance before doing more so that you stay in the new zone
