Here is how I believe the canon version of HN2 will play out

Quentin wakes up, as usual, about to start doing the normal reports when, at Mr.Peterson's house, the Lopice show up and Mr.Peterson escapes to a currently unknown location

Quentin decides to secretly sneak in and find out where Nicky, Aaron, and Mya are.

Quentin gets in the basement, but there is no one in there

Quentin then finds out that Nicky escaped and Mya is dead, so he their Simming posters to their house using pins

However, Quentin still doesn't know where Aaron could be yet

Quentin drives back into town after doing something out of town, passing the Lopice who look at him weird for a bit

Then Quentin sees Mr.Peterson in the Sumeum and figures out that Aaron could be in there

After a long chain of events and Quentin finding out everyone in town's secrets, he makes it into the attic

But Quentin ends up leaving Aaron in there due to how much guilt Aaron has

That is how I think the HN2 Full Game will play out in the canon/play out in general
