Hey. I'm wondering if there are any public documentation of the rules that the moderators have to follow? We have rules, but some people get warned while some get instantly banned. It would be helpful to know who gets picked for punishment or why some others aren't.

I think one of the worst offenses is people being kicked/banned for "bad joke". There are no rule that outright states that jokes have be up to standard with what the mods think are "good".

The history of each member can only be discussed directly with him, what I can say is that mutes, kicks and bans follow our rules and the description of the punishments is made for the member to understand and if he doesn't understand he can talk to me for example

That's not what I was referring too. The fact you could get banned over a "bad joke" is what I am referring too. There is nowhere that states your jokes need to follow a distinct code of good and bad.
But also referring to what you said, doing that after you have been banned requires jumping through multiple hoops to DM, possibly be ghosted outright, or blocked from communication completely. A while ago when some people needed clarification on mutes and rules the moderators DMs were blocked and had no way to contact whatsoever.
