Not really, he may be “unlucky” so they say, but even if he was you can technically say anyone was indirectly responsible for it. Because say Mya hugs Mr. Peterson before they go, since that leaves a time delay on them leaving, Mr. Peterson now gets in the crash. Can’t blame Mya though, because she had no actually connection to the event. Which applies to Aaron. Only Aaron is more luck based than event based. But if he actually is really unlucky, I guess it could kinda have a part in it.
