In act 1 and the books he try’s he’s best to keep Aaron locked up in the basement. So I do t think if his broke down like in act 3, he would just forget his goal to keep Aaron locked up. So maybe Aaron ran away and the neighbor probably thought that if he got Nicky back Aaron would come back as well. But we really don’t know what happened to Aaron he is never seen after hn2. 2. Return of the guest- This might not mean the literal guest, but might mean, that forest protectors are doing their rituals again(not confirmed tho)

3.Storm is coming- We do know that a massive storm is gonna strike in the middle of HN2, causing the evacuation and abandonement of the town.(this might be the work of FPs)

4.Missing or wanted- The wanted neighbor goes missing after the storm
