You need to get into the vent system that's by the level 3 area. You can use clown's camouflage skill(I think) or get knocked down so you can crawl into the vent.

anyone else think that secret neighbor needs to be updated to stay alive, and especially the Windows/Xbox port thats like 20 updates behind I mean its been over half a year since Halloween and theres still Halloween decor on steam ver. and they need to actually add stuff unlike the last winter update because the last winter update was ridiculous they didnt even add snow and decided to make it some ARG or something to add lore.

I'm just worried for the game because I feel as if it can give the impression the devs dont care about the game and with the lack of new content it can take absolutely forever to find one game I actually had to start playing Windows port just to find games with full lobbies and stuff like that.

There are no "fake shadows". There are 2 types of shadows: dynamic shadows and baked shadows.
Dynamic shadows are used for objects that move around, like your character for example.
Baked shadows are used for inanimate objects, those are baked into a texture and can look better than dynamic shadows in some cases, due to indirect lighting.
