Unpunched Punchcard will lead to the rocket not launching, regardless if there's a kid inside or not. A error report will show up in Raven Brooks language telling you where the true punchcard is.

True Punchcard w/o kid will let you see a bit farther on the camera but the screen will begin to glitch and go to static.
