You can play secret neighbor on Android. All you need to do is to mirror your iOS on your Android Phone 
In the end you're playing on iOS because there is no Android Version of sn

You can't really memorize the key locations. Yeah some spots are more likely to have key spawns, for example in Level 2 and 3 keycard rooms, but there's still multiple spots they can spawn in in multiple rooms

I don't even think it's possible to get rid of client sided interactions in SN atm, since the server codebase is already setup like that

UE4 can have client sided interactions only when you are using peer to peer, if it's a dedicated server, then nothing gets ran on the client, so people just don't edit the assets and for example, set infinite ammo to the rifle.
Unity on the other hand..
