First of all with the bug they can dodge bullets. They can hide and sneak attack people with camouflage which I’ve done to good players. A good counter for abilities such slingshot and can basically dodge easier and can move just as quick as a kid

Scary dies way to easily, and his only ability to slow down kids is beartraps. Rage is good but it's very situational and since you can't open doors while you have a kid in your hand, you'll most likely get hit anyway. Mask is ok if you're trying to play stealthy, but kids often stick together, and scary depends on having kids spread out.

Butcher is good if you are high up. Map 3 and Map 2 are really the only maps for being up high. If kids are far away, they can easily predict where your hook is thrown, so it's pretty hard to hook a kid. The smoke ability is Ok, but you hardly notice it most of the time. The crow is virtually useless in most scenarios since Crows only appear when there are below 3 people. Not to mention his slowness. Even if he has more health, he is way too slow. Kids can easily spam him and grab items before he can even get unstunned.

Clown is really good. His smoke bomb is good for any group of kids. If there's six kid all grouped up or just one in small room, you can easily just grab them. The smoke bomb regenerates fast aswell. Only really good players can escape a small room getting smoke bombed, and even with that they would have to know the layout of the room (which they probably will,) but the smoke helps obscure it, so it makes it harder to find. The disguise ability is REALLY good. You get the speed of a walking kid, and you can cancel fall damage with it, meaning you can ambush a group of kids easily. You can also (I think) still double jump with it. You can also disguise to easily pick off bad players who have no idea how to play. Confusion is also good. If you are only fighting two kids, you can easily grab one, have them knocked, grab the other and hide where the other one won't know easily. While that's very situational, it also just helps kids have a hard time finding where they are going when they escape.

This is isn't even going into gates, using items, or using kid classes to fight. So imo, I do think clown is the best.

I will stand by my decision with scary neighbor. Butcher has some helping abilities that can help catch the neighbor and it you have good aim HOH may be able to get some cheep shots even with the wonk abilities. He’s very bad in close combat unfortunately. Scary neighbor only really has rage and maybe bear trap against a noob lobby which isn’t that useful as if others are around his abilities are basically useless

They buffed him a lot since then, I suggest you to try to play as him again, trust me in the recent update he got a massive buff. In rocket sciene rage took 7 hits, lasted 3 seconds and gave you 5% of your health back, now it takes 5 hits, lasts 4 seconds and gives you 50% of your health back

Ok here's my thoughts on this whole Neighbor thing.

No Neighbor is horrible, but no Neighbor (besides clown in most cases) is too OP. Each Neighbor is based on your playstyle and how you want to play SN. Scary is good for players who want to play stealthy, and pick off kids one by one. Clown is for players who can't play scary or butcher, and need a character good for picking off large groups at a time. And Butcher is the best for tanking small groups of kids.

Each Neighbor had there upsides and downsides. So really, your neighbor main just depends on your playstyle. No need to hate on someone because they think another Neighbor is good, because maybe they're too them.

Reasons why Clown is good IMO:
You cant do anything if ur in a small room trapped in the smoke. You can use it to run away and get health back. You can use camouflage to dogde or parcour.

If u know how the Hook work you can easily land some good shot and prevent kids from grouping.
Pathfinder is basically a Patfhinder. Nothing to say about it.
Fake crow can be used good when people are spaced out. Do a Crow and then try to catch someone. And if you didnt catch them theyre probaly did forget that theres a fake crow and think its a real one.
