The only problem with the taxidermist is his damages who can easily one shot except for bagger

I've been able to survive two shots on all characters when it comes to taxidermist, sometimes three. It was only a real problem pre-nerf.

Now i'm not defending taxidermist, I don't like the addition of a neighbor with a usually two shot rifle that has infinite ammo (thankfully he needs to reload but still) but i've noticed he's more manageable when i go against him.

Yes, he one shot when you are close to him, but the reload system is really bad, ùaybe he could have 10 ammos and when he doesn't have ammos anymore he need to get some in his base.

And the most annoying thing about this idea is each time someone requested verification to play the game, the Devs would have to manually check if this player has been reported and there’s proof they have played unfairly

So not only but they have to check every single verification to make sure this player has 100% not a cheater just let them play and decline anyone who cheated that would be a lot of work and I can definitely see this not happening

That’s a lot of work for a small team

Anyway I think I already explained how a verification system would work in the game
