here's the problem with otto.
He has a rifle with high damage that deals it with range, which yes, your point with quentin works but it's just annoying to have the neighbor instantly try to go otto to shoot everyone and down people.

You got to either be able to cover a lot of ground quickly (quentin, leader) or just be able to stunlock with friends that stick together.

It's just not fun to have to deal with that kind of neighbor, which im glad most of the community agrees he needs to be nerfed, and not even a light one.

you know it's bad when ive won almost every round with otto, either by grabbing everyone or time running out. It just isn't fun to me.
