I can say for a fact, his exclusive perks 'moving faster in spirt' and 'more lights turning off' feel useless since he already moves fast enough and i don't often use the light ability

disguise might not be the most useful ability, but it can help sometimes. when kids are in a group they tend to follow one kid, i disguised as the kid everyone followed and when the they follow me i closed a gate leaving one kid behind

1- With the update every spot is detonated with traps. So putting some trap somewhere isnt that effective anymore. In the old versions it did somehow.

guests stun can be countered by brave and leader, his leap isnt very useful against groups too because by the time you try to escape using it you dont have any stamina because of grabbing, his hearing sounds ability isnt very useful too because he does very loud sounfs while doing it, which makes players know that you have to crouch or be quiet and hes only really good playing against a solo kid.

clown is a good class and you can knock people easily, but leader can easily revive people when theyre knocked and heal herself. confusion isnt a good ability because of the speed boost kids get when getting saved and the longer stun you get. the camouflage ability can be good for dodging items but aim assist can ruin it, but its a good ability for taking shortcuts to catch kids unexpectedly.
