Same here. I did take my time with things and got a pretty good result out of it. You don't have to make the fact that the storm gonna come at some point and reset your progress a "stressful" thing. In fact, I actually saw it as a new opportunity to try new things, find new and easier way to solve certain things.

I think they would have to loop their tasks constantly. And to do that, they need tools. There aren't infinite tools on the map. At some point they are going to try to find more tools, and at some point, they are going to search in the forest. Ones they try that, the Guest will catch them eventually. That would be the point where basically everyone is "dead" and there's no one roaming the town anymore except the player.
