I wish HN2 would get a big update with a better conclusion and some general QOL fixes, but realistically it's in a pretty good state as is. It has alot of issue fundamentally and truly the devs seemed bored of it before it even released.

I haven't played hn2 campaign in awhile, but when I bought it on Xbox the ai was broken and would always stop before catching me, so it made it super easy, and the dlc had to be bought again (i had the deluxe addition) and it didn't even save😭

HN2 took 2.5 years from announcement to release, we can probably expect the same for hn3. So maybe late 2026, or more likely early-mid 2027
