This is literally almost 1:1 with what I just did. I privatize education and healthcare (+4 GB), I enact private prisons (+1 GB) and I get bailout rebute (+1 GB). but I miss out on Arcasian and Contanan aid (-3 GB and free military industry, which I have to expand myself, so -2 GB). And I miss out (+1 GB) from recognising Heljiland as Valgish. The reason I end with 2 GB less is because I had to spend on business bailouts. It's even less optimal, I miss out on ED from allying Valgsland with military industry, on ED from taking first aid, I end in a larger deficit. Pointless.
This is a capitalist emergency, promoting market economy. I could even get a consistent market economy if I read it right, I need +9 and I'd be at +11?

The problem is that my math for Sollist Malenyevist showed -12, but I got -11. And I can't do relocation nor CBI for -1
catsland's thingy says my prices are flactuating right before the decrees, but stabilize by the end game. Idk. I've got like 2 ED spare if I veto smoking tax and get it overriden and since I postpone WLA until after the surplus, I think i'll just test how much ED I lose from reverting EPA
