I also believe we should add that the president will choose their initial campaign promises at the beginning of the game (what they ran on) but that of course can change if the president is outvoted or convinced to follow a different path

I took a glance over myself with the pocket mirror I had on me, I checked myself over. I decided to wear a Maroon suit. I had my hair in a stylish style, thankfully my beard was well groomed into the theorist which was popular among Sordish intellectuals. My brown glasses reflected the shimmer of the bright lights above me on my pocket mirror

My gambit had finally worked, and I had won over a majority of the USP to vote for my leadership. Days and days of lobbying and meeting important USP figures had finally brought fruition to my grand plan

I looked over to my running mate vel. His support was pivotal against the other contenders and I owed him greatly for joining my side. Vel had great influence among many of the USP members which would be pivotal to my administration

Well this is it, it’s time to face the music. I strode towards the USP party congress doors along with vel, I could hear the thunderous campaign music and hundreds of voices awaiting my arrival, I pushed open the doors and was met with hundreds of USP members whooping and clapping for my victory, it brought a smile to my face.

While walking towards the podium, many USP members shook my hand and congratulated me for my victory. I saw many other pivotal members like karimski, Maroon, zaiko, and many others who aided my ascent to USP leadership. I will never forget their loyalty.

Shaking Gloria’s hand yet again, I took a stand behind the podium. I looked over the entire USP party and noticed some USP members were sitting down and were not apart of the celebrative mood. I would need to convince them especially after the 4 way contentious leadership struggle or else they could become troublesome later on.

My close friends and allies together, we have shown unity amongst adversity! This USP leadership primaries will go down as the most contentious within USP history yet now we must look towards the future! My fellow USP members, I will be straight with you. This country is on the brink of a calamity never seen before in Sordish history! Internal Rules of the Cabinet of the Republic of Sordland

Article I – Cabinet Veto Procedure

By the authority vested in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Sordland, the following shall be recognized and observed as binding during the deliberations of the Cabinet:
1. The President of the Republic shall consult the Cabinet prior to the enactment of any final decision of state. Each Minister shall possess the right to voice their counsel in full.
2. Should no fewer than three (3) members of the Cabinet declare their formal opposition to the President’s intended course of action, a Veto Procedure shall be deemed in effect.
3. Upon such declaration, the Cabinet shall convene a vote. If a simple majority (6 votes out of 10) of the Ministers present support the veto motion, the decision of the President shall be annulled and the matter returned to deliberation.
4. Should the veto motion fail to secure majority assent, the decision of the President shall stand as resolved.
5. The President retains the right to present argument and justification during the procedure, yet once a veto has prevailed, he or she may not impose the annulled decision.

Thus is established, for the preservation of order, balance, and unity within the Government of the Republic of Sordland.

Article II – Enactment of New Articles

In recognition of the Cabinet’s collective authority, the following shall be observed regarding the creation of new binding provisions:
1. The Cabinet may propose new Articles regulating the powers, duties, and conduct of its members and the Presidency.
2. For such a proposal to pass, it must secure the support of no fewer than seven (7) Cabinet members out of ten, thereby constituting a supermajority.
3. New Articles shall be limited in scope to internal governance, procedure, and accountability, such as:

• The request for the resignation of a Cabinet member.

4. No new Article may directly contradict the Constitution of the Republic of Sordland, nor may it abolish or diminish the supreme authority of the Presidency as recognized by law.

Article III – Enactment of Presidential Vetoes

By the authority vested in the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Sordland, the Head of State shall retain the right to exercise presidential vetoes in order to safeguard the stability of the government and the welfare of the Sordish people. The following provisions shall apply:
1. The President may override a Cabinet veto established under Article I if deemed harmful to the effective administration of the Republic.
• The President may employ this authority up to a maximum of six (6) times during a single term of office.

2. The President must formally notify the Cabinet before invoking a presidential veto. The Cabinet shall be afforded the right to present arguments in opposition.

•    Should the President fail to notify the Cabinet and deny them the opportunity for appeal, one (1) use of the presidential veto shall be deducted from the total remaining.
3.    The President is obliged to provide reasonable justification for the enactment of a presidential veto, ensuring that its use is consistent with the principles of responsible governance.

Thus is established on behalf of the Executive Office of the Republic of Sordland, to preserve unity and secure the continuity of state administration.

Article IV – Unity within the Cabinet

In recognition of the indispensable role of certain ministries in safeguarding the welfare and prosperity of the Sordish nation, special privileges shall be granted to ensure their continuous participation in the governance of the Republic. The following provisions shall apply:
1. The Ministers of Health, Education, and Agriculture & Rural Development shall be regarded as essential members of the administration.
• They shall be required to attend all Cabinet meetings without exception.
• They shall hold permanent rights of participation in deliberations, regardless of the subject under discussion.
2. Their consistent involvement shall guarantee that the fundamental needs of the Sordish people remain central to the policies and decisions of the government.

Thus is declared for the preservation of unity and the continuity of service within the Cabinet of the Republic of Sordland.
