I'd say cyber. Coding is great for automating things and understanding standard language structure. As I learn more about OOP and Functional Programming it's easier to see shortcomings in code, but that doesn't mean you need it to be a 1337 p3nt35t3r

I would use Python to automate the process. For the all caps condition, I would split the email into words and check for words that are entirely uppercase and longer than a few characters, since phishing emails often use excessive capitalization to create urgency. If multiple all caps words appear, the program would increase the phishing risk score.

You know it's interesting one thing I learned from a book called "Freakonomics" (it's a fairly popular book) is that scammers purposely do shoddy scams, that is, not very convincing ones, the reason is that the ease of sending 200k+ emails is pretty negligible, however the time/wages for messaging someone, and working with them is pretty high, so they do not want very many cases where the scammee get's suspicious half-way through, the solution is to make a REALLY bad scam, eg. nigerian prince stuff, because it's cuts out all the only somewhat-foolish users who would waste their time, LSS: they sift for only the stupidest people

Totally agree, well-said, I think that in general our ratio of entertainment/information to reflection and rest is WAYYY off nowadays, I started thinking about things like burn out, and yes while we are making more executive decision than say: 1700's french farmer, I don't think it's mainly the labor thing that's stressing us out and frying (at least it is mine) our brains. I think it's how stimulated we are; we plug something in anytime there's a lull, and because of this we not only get used to always having high dopamine, but this overstimulation stresses us out, so we consume more and get more pleasure to make ourselves feel better, compounding the problem. No wonder our brains feel surface-level and lazy, it's a defense mechanism to not absorb the ridiculous (mostly useless) amount of information it's being assailed with
