if you wanna make your phone more "secure" then literally just dont allow google to do anything, permission for microphone off storage etc. and then basically delete every google app and maybe just maybe install a new OS on the phone but not as in a launcher, like a new OS overall, "android oreo 8" for example or something else in that part, you could also use tor, mullvadvpn, private internet access etc.
