I thought it was, but we also got mp with it so it just wasn't a campaign only game.
my main issue was with the open world. It felt lifeless and there was only one biome. all the side missions were the same as well. I know it's not an rpg, but if they're doing open world, then go all out and give variety. rescuing marines and fighting sub bosses is cool, but give us some more story lines and quests to find stuff besides data pads.

Coatings should have been Armour textures and patterns. Example: Dirty, shiny, plasticky, Metallic texture or patterns such as Digital Camouflage (think UCP), Splinter, Flecktarn, EDRL or anything similar.

The colours of these coatings should have been up to the player to decide.

Win-Win, 343i get's to monetize their coatings. The player still get's creative freedom over colours.

I can't believe that after all of this time, I still can't have a plain white coloured Spartan without paying an absurd amount of money for a $20 bundle.

Each Halo game released with a multiplayer attached to it, except Halo 3 ODST, which shares its multiplayer with Halo 3. The multiplayers of each game incorporates gameplay mechanics that the player has access to in the campaign into the multiplayer (With some specific mechanics excluded, such as always having a grapple hook in Infinite's campaign)

There's also Halo 2 Anniversary multiplayer which is basically a what if Halo 2's multiplayer was made using Halo 4's game engine
