I've also got an ODST flag, made ODST cosplay armor, and gravitate towards ODST helmets/gear (or ones based on ODST helmets/gear) in every game possible. I do also blend it with other stuff, though, to ensure it looks half-decent.

Exceptions are the GEN1 Operator helmet and maybe CQB.

I also make exceptions in case I come across a combo that looks especially neat.

Yes, you can play with other players on PC across each title. Two players in Halo CE and Halo 2, and up to four players in Halo's 3, ODST, Reach and 4.

Halo 3 and ODST also have Crossplay, but those are the only Campaigns that support it.

I just booted up Halo MCC for the first time in a year played one game where my preferred input was gamepad and I don't have my controller with me so I had to leave the match (such an easy fix yet here we are years later). Joined match #2 and immediately my teammate who only has 3 more kills than me is complaining about how trash his team is and how garbage we are and how we should just leave the game because he would have more fun playing alone (dude is obviously having a bad night for whatever reason) one of our teammates leave and the enemy team continues to hold hands while outnumbering us and I put in text chat "holding hands while outnumbering us is wild" and MY teammate starts saying over game chat "stfu you're trash" so I tell him over gc he needs to calm tf down and get some action irl (I used the forsaken P word uhoh), & it's just a game and not to take it so seriously and then I GET BANNED for 2 days are you joking? What in the truth and reconciliating F has this community come to? These policies are trash and this overly aggressive poostain gets to bully everyone around him and be toxic and I'm banned for telling him to get a life. wtf happened to this game where you shoot, kill, and grapple with the concept of genocide? Can't believe this disappointment of a studio has the rights to one of my favorite childhood games I hope every Halo flops from here on out (which is already happening and they deserve it) and they sell the rights to a studio that knows how to run a proper game.

P.S.

The main menu is bad and doesn't capitalize on the nostalgia whatsoever. The U.I is bad. I mean who wants to scroll HORIZONTALLY to look for maps to play in custom games?
