reach BTB is very DMR dominant, enough DMR's can kill every vehicle in that game pretty much instantly.
Banshee's were only dominant if you were playing against noobs who didn't know how to shoot Banshees or find the Spartan Laser, Grenade Launcher, or even just a Plasma Pistol.

I remember the Revenant being really good during reach x360 days, but on MCC I often find it pretty useless now.

That's usually cause if you're the "dedicated server host" and your game crashes, the game will crash everyone else in the lobby or kick them out of the lobby altogether right to the main menu. I've seen it happen in MCC & Halo 5 to, but it happens far less often in those games then it does in Infinite.

Progression is just gonna be levels, like your average Halo 4/5/MCC progression system

It's not gonna add more challenges or anything, we got those removed like 8+ months ago for a reason.

Maybe have a system were there is infinite challenges but as you do them they get harder and harder for more xp and it resets the difficulty at the end of each week

Kill 5 people with Sidekick, then after a while you start getting challenges like “Get kills with ghosts” or something.

So you gotta switch between modes and they are difficult so you spend more time

Why not just make the challenges infinite then instead of resetting? It's not like they'd be changing overtime anyhow

Or have it where certain levels require you doing certain challenges
