I think the most appauling part is the level of customer service on display in sending me 3 more broken ones and not once checking to make sure it worked before sending it back.

My issue was the thumbstick buttons were scuffed and they would not click in any direction that wasn't neutral or a cardinal direction.

The basic PowerA has two rear buttons, and there's a pro one that has four

I use PowerA, as I don't trust Elite controllers after having multiple issues with them. They come with a warranty but they're cheap enough that a defect won't be as painful. The controller itself feels close to how an official Xbox controller feels, even the sticks.
