I have been playing Halo since 01 but I also love TONS of other faster paced shooters like CoD, Titanfall 2, etc. But Halo Infinite just isn't fun. I play lots of mainstream shooters including MW2, BF2042, Valorant, OW2, etc, but cannot find joy in Infinite. What am I doing wrong?

It just feels so soulless. Customs can be fun but that's about it.

I actually LIKE the weapon and vehicle spawn pads to help with map knowledge/spawn timers but the randomization of weapon spawnd and how "heavy" vehicle spawns work on BTB is so goofy. The attempt at making literally EVERYTHING casual is so old.

You do do not have many armor options. Colors mean nothing outside of FFA, and there was almost no variety in armor choices people went with.

had one match where you just could not get the wasp at all bc there was always 2 enemy guys camping and aiming into the wasp spawn and as soon as you stepped into the vehicle, you got shot with the shock and you had no chance of getting away without immediately sacking down into death; or they just blew the wasp to pieces with skewer
