Haven't exactly seen many decent weekly rewards. My favorite is still the MILLSPEC wrist piece we got for the MKVII core. That has to be my favorite reward by far. At least in this season. I've seen plenty of good rewards across the game. Its just things like charms never did much for me so I never equipped any

I've got a QOL request regarding mouse sensitivity & I was told suggestions get passed onto the dev team through here sometimes

In halo infinite you can set your sensitivity to: 0.7425 for example

Currently if I wanted that exact same sensitivity in Halo MCC, it rounds down to 0.7 thus not giving me my desired sensitivity

I hope a dev sees this because this would be a really nice change for me in MCC

It would be nice if we could enter our sensitivity more exact so I can get my 0.7425 sens in MCC as well :)

usually theres an issue where all skill ranges have yet to play enough in a newer playlist, thus an apparent lack of matchmaking. in reality, it just needs more matches on record to sort em properly

i don't know about all. Most i play is quick play and fiesta and i never noticed any SBMM there. Last 2 weeks i have played husky raid and have seen big skill gaps there too, although the mode itself already makes it so it isn't as hurtfull as in QP or regular fiesta though.

i believe quick play has reduced parameters and fiesta probably as well tho not sure. it's likely fiesta and husky have a similar issue where the more skilled players dont usually play the modes and then hop in casually or w a group and end up having a lower sbmm rating than they should have

i dont know what they do w quick play but SBMM isnt disabled there. it -may- be reduced but that is my guess. for my own sake, i dont usually get matched up against lower skilled players but always with them on my team, sometimes against v skilled players - this may be partly what youre experiencing, one way or the other

i definitely get lower skilled players on my team, but i often find a higher skilled player on the oppo team. I have had multiple matches where the lowest skilled player was bronze ranked and the highest skilled player was onyx skilled.....(and most during peak hours). That should never be the case ofcourse. And it's also not that those players where teamed up (i checked).

i do admit 'no sbmm' is a bit of an exaggeration, but it is very low. The skill gaps are just way to high where you end of with matches where a couple of players are just unable to do anything (completely outskilled) and the match just ends up being determined by 1 or 2 players, because they are just way to skilled and others don't pose a threat to them. That isn't fun for anybody and also results in a lot of quitters. Often it's also just 1 player who just outskills everybody, resulting in a very one-sided match (because the team with that much higher skilled player in my experience often doesn't have a player that is much lower skilled that the lowest on the other team).

If they still can't figure out how to balance vehicle spawns by season 5 for big Team battles they could just remove the vehicles.
I mean yeah you want vehicle is usually on big Maps but if the ability to make the same Vehicles spawn on the same sides or something of equal value is beyond the devs to pull off. Then I'd rather just run 10 miles in the match.

its called Escalation Slayer in MCC - yes, its in Halo Reach, Halo 2Anniversary, Halo 3 and Halo 4 (everything but HCE and H2C)

ODST and Reach FF are different in you as the player, pretty similar in terms of mechanics/concept. Waves of enemies attack you, after 5 waves you reset and there are modifiers etc. Big difference is in Reach you're obviously playing as a spartan from that era with armor abilities and bloom, whereas ODST you're playing as an ODST w/ limited jump height, grenade arcs are different, and more focus on health packs / human weapons 🙂

Challenges in infinite feels somewhat ok to me.
Since I'm not good at sniping and constantly get in a high ping match, I would consider sniping and melee/backsmack challenges to be much harder than just "win 1~5 match" or so, and I would definitely swap those out.

I don't think that Chief would make an uninteresting TV character, he would be if there weren't support characters, and for those cases it'd be difficult to make anything at all.
As I said earlier, I could barely get through the first episode, but gathered a lot from other channels.
My take / impression is that the show has some form of, "forced elements". Like, instead of "making an enjoyable show", it instead became "put enjoyable elements into a show".

All her friends get slaughtered, then she outruns cloaked elites, as well as dodges their shots ( if I recall correctly at them firing after her )
A chaingun has zero effect on elites until MC picks it up, then it's super effective.
MC touches glowy alien thing and has an MP4 play in his head, suddenly he's rebellious and goes against protocol, disobeys orders and distrusts the one person who's brought him up.
The girl is traumatised and Miranda has a 90 second phone call with her, then gives up because she can't be persuaded over the phone.
Chief faints due to low oxygen, wakes up when the oxygen is even lower.
Ship is EMPed ( If I recall correctly ), touching the alien thingamajing restores power to the ship AND EMPs everything else that'd be a danger to it in a massive radius, so they can escape.

I would’ve had more of a focus on arbiters loss of faith, and I also would’ve used some storylines that Bungie threw out, like ancient humans being forerunners. Having ancient humans be forerunners would’ve made arbiter and the elites faith journey much more impactful, as they navigate the sorrow and grief of killing their own gods, and their eventual “redemption.”

Catering to any group will just make the game worse for all the others groups. Gaming will always be unfair, there are always good players and bad players and skill gaps. Preferential treatment will cause other players to quit and ruin player retention. Complete fairness does not equal more fun
