I don't believe this bug is really problematic that we have to stop the priorities rn (GPhone) to fix it. It will be fixed when the dev team have the opportunity, and when it's fixed, we'll let everybody know about the update. We're programming to bring/fix more things in one update

Invitations are bound to the language of the host. If you change the language via the UI, the invitation will no longer work. The only way to change language is by manually changing the language in the address bar. For example change the 'en' to 'fr' or 'de'. Most people will not be able to figure that out though and leave the game.

Yeah, why do you think that is about a bug? Since the host needs to send an exclusive link for his friends or whoever he wants, it's understood that he will invite people from his language. It is no possible to play in different languages in the same room, and that is why the room doesn't long exist if you try to change the language via UI

Because you can post invitations here on discord for other players. If the host is french then everyone joining them will have a french interface and cant change it to any other language.

I'm not a french user. I just have seen plenty of people posting invites with their language interface. If you are really not supposed to change the language on an invite, then the language change button, should not be displayed in those cases. It is displayed as if you could change the language of the interface, but when you try and do it, then the invite breaks. It just causes false expectations on the user side if you display a UI element, which you are not even supposed to use.

I actually don't know how this happened but I was using a Tablet Pen, it worked fine with everything, but one time I pushed a combination of buttons and it wouldn't show me the cross hair, only if I was drawing it would show up, but once I let go it would disappear, then you would have to reload the page and re-join the session to fix it. It was very annoying and I couldn't repeat the bug. I don't have enough info to give that will help you with fixing that problem but it's just something I came across.

Well, it's not exactly the problem. Normally It should've asked 30 SECONDS LEFT TO GUESS!
But as you can see from the screenshot game instantly crashed. Pocahontas was the first guess. For some reason game decided to finish the game abruptly and asked us to restart the game thinking we already lost the game.

When I type G.gartic Flags, at first the BOT doesn't react, but when I type again, the BOT works, I answer the question but the BOT says: " Type g.restart to begin a new turn!" in the middle of the round. Hey y'all did some sort of update thing on gartic and now I can't play. I use desktop version. Every time everyone's pressed "done" or the timer goes off for the next thing, my browser asks me "do you want to stay on this page or leave?" Pressing Stay keeps me on my page and won't switch to the next drawing I have to do. pressing Leave kicks me out of the server to the beginning of gartic.

The troll problem is very big. Public rooms are unplayable because trolls bypass kicks too easily and keep rejoining. The benefit of being able to remove troublemakers outweighs the disadvantages of problem hosts.

When trolls rejoin instantly everyone has to wait before they can vote them again and the game is ruined.

I don't know if this issue has been resolved yet, or if it even has been noticed in the past, but I had a strange problem...

When I was playing, the mouse was disappearing whenever it touched the canvas... So I was able to change the size, the colour, the opacity of my brush, I was able to switch from pen to eraser to bucket and so on, but I couldn't actually draw because every time the cursor touched the canvas it went invisible...
Putting down my pen made it visible again, but as soon as I released the pen from the page, it went invisible again.

It made the game pretty difficult (in fact, nearly impossible) as I couldn't see where I was drawing, or where was my pen on the canvas.

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it, Thanks in advance.

Check out your Discord account settings and deauthorize Gartic Phone in the Authorized Apps section. Then go to the game and try making a room with Discord again. Let me know if this works.

In some rounds(About 20%) , there's no such issue as unexpected error occur, usually the shorter ones.
But in most rounds (like.. 80%), when the room owner started showing the results, the screen apprared to have 'unexpected error', sometimes I was able to rejoin the game but unexpected error always continues to pop up througout the whole presentation. Sometimes, I couldn't rejoin. It says that I'm already in the game.

Just to clarify, you guys are aware of the lag issue right? I assume you are, but just double checking. Almost feels like there's some sort of memory leak or something. The longer you stay in a lobby, the more it lags. You have to restart the lobby after every game otherwise you'll have to suffer a lot of lag.

No connection issue. I host public lobbies regularly in here and most people know about the issue. To summarise, the longer a lobby is open (for example, pressing new turn and playing rounds over and over), the laggier it is while drawing. In order to clear the lag, simply closing and reopening a new lobby fixes it. This happens regardless of who is hosting the lobby.

So the longer a lobby is active, the more lag exponentially accumulates.

For example, I'm not sure if the lag accumulates individually based on how long a client is connected to a server/lobby, or if the lag accumulates equally for everyone in the lobby, and until that lobby is ended and a new one is made, everyone experiences the same compounding lag.

Yes, my guess is also that it's client-side. Because there have been times where most people in the lobby are lagging (because they've been there for a while), but players who have just joined in for the latest round, have said they aren't lagging.

However, I'm pretty sure it's something that's wrong with Gartic Phone itself and not individual browsers/systems. Because I'm confident that it's time-related and regardless of browsers, systems, internet connections, etc. the longer a client is connected to a lobby, the more lag accumulates.

You have to fill out the discord data because a new page is opened when you click on the lobby invite link. As the Gartic Phone is a browser game, you have to be logged on Discord into this browser to join in that specific room.
Since you're using a Discord App, it usually opens the link in a browser inside the discord app. If you want to open directly in safari, you must copy the link e past it in your browser. But even so, you have to login in this browser, otherwise you will be directed to a home page to start another match. Let me know if you still have any questions.
