I don't think that would even work. They could create an MP system like A8, but car ranks don't make sense in A9. For example, if you're using an A class car that is rank 4500, you'll be paired with another player that is using a S class car that is rank 4500. That type of matchmaking would turn out to be unfair, since S class is the best class. So the matchmaking we have had for years is the best one so far for the game's standards, your suggestion does not make sense and should not be added.

After playing this game for two years and half
Earning 140 cars in a process most were maxed or golden.
Farming 70 millions + credits and many ressources and parts.

With Legends pass every single month with other in-game purchase my account has vanished just like it never existed last sunday.

After providing proof of images and videos related to the existence of that account before it disappear, nothing has been done from gameloft.
All they said : they cannot find my account.

I am really disappointed, and pissed of to receive such treatment.
It's weird to see that even legit players receive such treatment like they were nothing

Hi, I have sent in 2 requests for support through the Gameloft support site, I am yet to receive any response, and do not have a case reference or conversation reference. I have tried to reach out to the support contact listed in this Discord, but the account will not receive my message. I am having crashes periodically, in the same places in the game. I've had one reply from customer care today, over six hours ago ,I replied within 5 minutes and still haven't heard back. I've spent a lot of money on this game and currently can't access my account on Steam. My internet connection is absolutely fine and not a problem in doing literally anything else. I have done two separate fresh installs of the game, verified files countless times, deleted caches, closed and ended other programs, restarted both my computer and internet multiple times, run the exe as administrator + many other things and yet I'm still met with Error: 2-0-0-0-404 on the first loading screen and no matter how many times I press 'Retry' I don't get logged in. I'm missing out on daily challenges, events and all tickets/ 'gas' refils and letting my club down by not playing and more importantly the things in the game I have put a lot of effort into getting and paid a lot of money for. That is my problem, I cannot get into the game because of it no matter what I do, this has clearly been stated in my ticket so why was I asked to submit a crash log yesterday? And why the day before that was I asked if the error occurs on other game modes when I've clearly stated I cannot load into the game. At the moment I get a single email from support a day and no matter how quickly I reply I do not get another one. My email today told me that there has been a hotfix released and that it should fix my connection issue. There is no hot fix even 4 and a half hours after I received this email. Each day I cannot log onto the game I am missing out on content that I have paid a lot of money for or that I need to load into the game on that specific day to play.

I invested more than 3 years and more than 5000 euros in this game and I NEVER used hacking tools or anything like that, otherwise I wouldn't have to spent so much money!

Isn’t it contradictory? And where are explanation of this supposed violation? Nothing. Sounds fair and respective, isn’t it?

I’m also three years in this game. I’ve spent about 1.600$ on igp so far (yeah, much too much, I know). And I’m telling you that if you won’t recover his A9 account, I’m leaving the game permanently. I would not be playing a game in which players are treated like a trash and you can ruin someone’s progress and achievements just like that, without any credible explanation.

I regret to tell you that the Asphalt 9 game does not support the possibility to synchronize progress between different platforms. Thus you won’t be able to transfer or synchronize your data between devices running on different platforms (Android/iOS/Windows).
Though, we do have a possibility to perform this kind of a transfer on our end as a one-time exception. Still, in this case you'll face the following consequences:
As soon as we transfer your game data to the new device, we'll reset your game progress on the old device. So, you will never be able to play with this game account on your old device any more.
You'll lose the whole platform related progress on your new device, which is the following:

  • Time-limited events, all Special events and Multiplayer progress ;
  • Club progress. You'll need to create a new club with players on the new platform you are moving to.
    If you are a leader of the club, what we recommend is that you leave your current club beforehand and appoint one of your best club members as a leader, so that your club can exist without you.
    Unfortunately, it’s technically impossible to transfer all the mentioned above things to another platform. Though we will be able to restore your Season Pass progress and MP bonus pass, if any.
    If you accept all mentioned conditions, please create a new request to Customer Care from in-game directly on your second device, following the requirements below:
  • your request must be created from the same e-mail address you used for the current one;
  • in case you ever made in game purchases for real money, the request should be created from the e-mail address linked to those purchases.
  • attach several purchase receipts where the date and e-mail address are visible and indicate the current ticket id in your reply.
    All these details will help us to make the process secure and to guarantee you a safe account transfer.

However, I would like to inform you that the tracks in Multiplayer are chosen randomly. It means that you need to proceed playing, and you will definitely get the track you need.
