It should be corrected to the Legend Fund.

Your ad system on Android is broken. When I want to watch the relay ads for 60 tokens it takes so many tries to display these ads. Also the ads themselves are mostly terrible and annoying:

• tiny buttons or even no close buttons at all (like that Harder than you think awful ad which is basically a scam to install their app from Google Play)
• they take ages for the small reward they offer
• the interactive ones are the worst; enough with this nonsense! 😡
• too many stages within the ad: they display, then wait for user to click a tiny button, display other trash, etc.

I get that you need to make some money but not by providing your users a bad experience with these awful neverending ads. A simple 10s video or static image should be enough for the small rewards we get. Fix them or I'll not even watch these ad relays.

You need to review Moloco ads. These are often Microsoft adverts where they are the same ad repeated for over 1min 30.
They seem to have some arbitrary length for an ad. I don't really want to watch the same ad 6 or 7 times. Once is enough.

I'm leaving this here in case it helps someone since it worked for me.

If you're not getting rewards after watching ads, try the following steps. First of all, make sure you have a car refilling its gas.

1. Go to the main menu, Career specifically.
2. Close the game, clear its cache and reopen it.
3. Open the garage menu and go for the car refilling its gas. DO NOT load TLEs nor the Shop.
4. Wait for the Watch Ad button show up to reduce its refilling time. By my observations, it should work now.
5. After reducing a gas refill time once, other ads rewards such as relay tokens and showroom tickets should work now too.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but I've noticed that exiting the game while in the Multiplayer menu causes the method above to not work, which is why I'm telling you to close it while in the Career menu.
Let me know if it worked!

Hey anyone having the ad issue. Fuel time not reducing or you don't receive the token rewards after ad completion. This is what you can do :- Don't clear the asphalt app from background or don't optimise your phone just leave the app to run in background for 5 to 10 min do some other works and open the app again after 5 to 10 min then firstly check if there is ad available (you can check it anywhere) if ad is available then there is high probability you will receive your rewards and if ad is not available then there is less probability to get the rewards .

This is how i am doing since this issue appeared. I figured it out this way it works . Bugloft being bugloft they know this issue since beginning but they choose to keep this issue for 2 season almost .

As an Android user, my best advice is take a run and don't watch credit multiplier after the run, instead you finish the game and directly go to relay pack, the ads should be ready. Another option is wait, might take few minutes.

If that case, if you're on steam, yes you're not going to get any ads, bcz the same thing happen to me as well. Rumour said it is because the account connected to multiple platforms which cause it cannot provide you any ads.

As for the reward you didn't get from relay pack, congrats you have to do it again. Unlike credit multipliers where you can claim after restart the game.

It helped a little until the last update, in which GL added a delay to give time for the ad view to be confirmed by the server. This delay does the same thing. So now it seems useless.

This "synchronizing" issue is something new. I'm sure the cause is the same. In some cases, the server doesn't consider the ad fully viewed. But if the delay added in the latest update didn't help, then waiting another 5 seconds is unlikely to help either. I tried it and didn't see any difference.

Restarting the game almost always helps. You can leave the ad open for even 30 seconds and still get nothing. Then immediately restart the game and get the reward.

So it looks like the ad library is reporting views correctly. The problem is with the GL server, which doesn't always award rewards, but does so upon restarting the game or upon a subsequent ad view.

solve the ads problems stuck only by uninstalling the game and reinstalling it ... before uninstalling clean the game cache ... delete data ... terminate and then uninstall .. acting from the settings / app / asphalt 9

I solved it like this !

After have cleared the cache ... cleared the data ... finished the application and then uninstalled ... restart your device ... then proceed with the new installation from the PlayStore !

I finally found a solution for most of my ad issues that works without uninstalling and reinstalling the A9 app, so my piece of advice you should try first when you have ad issues in Windows :

1. Open the Windows Settings ( +I ), click "Apps", select "Asphalt 9: Legends", then "Advanced options".
2. Click "Reset" to clear the local app data on your PC. (This clears the accumulated advertising cookies and thereby most issues.)
3. Restart the app and make sure to select the correct account ("xBox", not the local one!) to retrieve your most recent player data from the cloud.
4. Restart the A9 app. (You may have to check and redo some of the settings, as the app handles you like a new player.)
5. Done! 😎 🤙

I hate how in windows the "ad container" as i like to call it, it forces you to actually watch the silly ads... if you are on fullscreen you can't quit it by pressing alt + enter. you can't click away or alt + tab to change applications because the ad pauses. An to top it all, the lack of variety and plainness of the ads its simply cancerous.

Its obvious that the paymasters are quite happy with it, and (presumably) microsoft too, which i think its the responsible for the "ad container"

A workaround to this madness is to make sure that you have windows volume mixer open and the game in windowed mode before starting an ad for a reward. Mute the app (in this case Asphalt 9) and then as soon as you press the button to trigger the ad or click on it, just click anywhere else that is outside the game's window. if you do it fast enought you should interact with your PC no problem and the cancerous ads will play without you actually watching them

Be careful not to click it again to soon or it will get paused, this also applies to alt + tab to the game window or clicking the icon of it in the task bar.

I say ad container cuz i've seen so many ads that im starting to identify them. Plus Gameloft has a proprietary one for their own games.
