if you allow the Switch to standby or press the standby button after a race has complete and is on the replay part while it's docked... then remove the switch from the dock it will trigger this bug when the switch turns back on and you press A to reload in handheld mode it will stay rendering like this in all modes, the switch home menu is perfectly lined up but A9L will render on only half the screen (and at a locked 60fps as it's just rendering half a screen) until you restart the software.

While playing a Custom Quick Race, if I set the lap count for a 90" course to be two, three, or four laps and then switch to a 120" course and race on it, the game will register the multiple laps I chose instead of one lap, leaving me stuck in the course with no way to get out except to quit the game from the pause menu

The glitch is not specific to particular tracks or cars, it will always happen regardless of the combination of car and track

Todays fuel is wasted as a result . I m denouncing the force sale tactic here either by having to buy £50 bundle pack on top of the legendary pass or as @small ferry pointed out forcing us to upgrade of legendary pass. Both are unacceptable when you consider that we are "already" paying for that stage via the legendary pass. If other p(l)ayer can t see the issue there then GL will continue with their shamefull forced sale

This isn't an issue. The drop rate is something around 1%, just like in the Evija SE's epic hunt, the difference is there it was capped at 100 races & you were guaranteed 1 epic in those 100 races, but you needed multiple for some hard to obtain cars and needed massive luck to get those.

the game data is saved on the same place as where you installed the game unless the area you saved the game is full then it saves to sd card.

The switch doesn’t keep save data on the SD card. Only internal storage.

And in the case of A9, the only save data stored on the switch is quick race anyway. Everything else GL stores.

the save data saves on gameloft servers so if you loose your data on sd card or internal memory.... you have to play the same account to get the data. if you start a new account that havent played Asphalt 9 you will have to start fresh

i wiped my switch to fresh and redownloaded everything and my save data was recovered from using the account i play on by signing into nintendo

Your game progress is stored with your nintendo account. You can use any switch in the world and as long as you sign in with the same nintendo account your game progress will be continued. The only thing that is not saved with your nintendo account is the "quick race" progress.

However promoted members cannot kick anyone off the club. You can assume a similar drop rate we assumed during the Evija SE's epic hunt, 1%.

The Evija SE's epic hunt was capped at 100 races, but gave you 1 guaranteed epic in 100 races. Still a massive waste of time, as it was nigh impossible to get enough epics for the Vantage at the time.

guessing the Star rating on the quest refers to the league and not the car so the 3 stars would mean having to be in pro league or higher since there's stars on those emblems in MP2.... there is no stars shown in MP1 except for in Legend league... and the star icons on the emblems of MP2 end at elite and master where it just shows a diamond and a single bigger star.... but shrug need to be in the 3rd league up or greater it seems.

so would need to be in Gold in MP1 or Pro in MP2 or better for them to count? Just a guess since my MP1 counts in Plat.

It is probably an issue with a setting/mode on your TV, it's probably called "zoom" or overscan. If you can't find it, there is also a setting on the switch: switch settings-> adjust screen settings

I would lie, if I would say it's not very frustrating and demotivating after doing your best GP finish ever and not being able to claim your prizes from the final round prizes page of that GP event after 2 days of waiting on the calculation and getting it instead via some pop up message ... even more when even that pop up message is not showing up for you after 24h+ so that you can't play with that car this weekend (on which some players even spend their real money) while others can and finding yourself in need to sit down and write mails to customer care begging for the rewards ... but to be honest it just goes perfectly in line with the broken multiplayer series score system and it's non-rewarding milestones as well as 1% brackets on noob car car hunt riots or leaderboard events with just 200~300 drivers worldwide etc.

Especially not in combination with:

• crashed game
• "matrix" bug: completely messed up visuals during the race
• "bad connection" collisions: people with a bad connection kd-ing you because they temporarily warped in, then appear something completely different, or let you slow down from 350 to 0 in 0 seconds because the game doesn't know where your opponent is, so it just behaves like a brick wall in front of you
