Looks to be some kind of memory thing, and it happens when there are a lot of bundle pictures to be loaded, which after a bit crashes. In the good old days you could force the shop to load only few bundles at a time - now they are all loaded at the same time (does not matter if it is on your screen or not) which in turn just crashes the game. Same thing when game tries to open bough bundle

Yeah, I've encountered graphical glitching in Nevada as soon as you start driving with the onyx in its trial event. It's like the graphics of stuff in the environment flicker and start having issues as soon as they spawn. Happened to me always in New York in an earlier update but seems fine now.

After clarifying with our dev team, Manny, we can confirm that this is only a visual issue that affected the leaderboard, but the correct final rewards are given to players, including yourself.
Additionally, we found that this issue can be caused by the usage of the same social network account on two different devices. If this is your case, in order to avoid any confusion we recommend that you use only one device next time while playing this type of Special Event as a workaround for this issue.
Anyway, you have nothing to worry about, Manny, as you can totally rely on the rewards you received at the end, this are the correct ones.

Don't think you will find out why. GL has automated systems which softban you if they detect that you might be farming rep. Not worth pursuing getting the reason as that will take longer to get an answer from support than it is to get playing again. This is not permanent, so it is pretty much just a day to go away from the game

Number one is 24/7 rep farming via turbo controller, other than that people were reporting few occurrences where they got softbanned even if they did not farm rep. We do not know the exact reasons and will not know in the future as I assume it is "confidential information"

Farming rep as in using automated controller clicks via turbo controller, you can farm rep manually as well.
most likely you were hit because of bigger than usual play time but I might also be wrong 🙂 Just assuming at this point

Might be the reason why. I assume they have a system which "defines" your "usual" playtime, if you go very unusually out of that window you get a softban 🙂 It is what it is, just tell your club mates that you got a soft ban and they will understand 😉

I never got the software error in the store before today. I misplaced my switch and bought a second one today, exact same model, red/blue V2 is what Gamestop called it. First switch had an SD card, played handheld and TV mode no problem. Second switch I setup and told setup to keep both consoles active, played only handheld.
I can't go back and try first console, but this second console fails to load any special offer icons. Other icons load fine. Crashes after about 22 seconds after opening store.

Something our club has found out. Promotion does not work anymore. The leader can promote people but those people won't show up as promoted and never gain access that promotion gives. Leaving and rejoining doesn't fix it.
