Game crash in mp1 after 13 races . I do my dailys and restart game before start mp1 . I replay mp1 a lot of race and restart to do practice GP but crash in 3rd practice run . Game installed on switch and cash cleared everyday .

A while ago last season I crashed a lot when the game was on the switch itself, there was an error code too and that error in particular had to be fixed by moving the game to the sd card which is why the game is there rn

Wait until all deals are loaded, the store may crash several tiles before indeed, if you open the store and do nothing maybe it will help

since now there are too many items in store, after clear the cache, the game is struggling to download all of them when entering the store. this caused the high load and lead to crash. to solve it, just enter store scroll a bit to the right and then return back to the main menu before it crashes (just wait in the store will just cause the crash without saving the pictures), wait for some time and enter store again to check if the pictures are downloaded or not. repeat this until all of them is done. then no crash anymore. this solved my problem, hopefully will helps some of you above.

The BoS drop rates aren’t as advertised (20%). On both the Bailey & Sian I’ve purchased the 10x packs and only got 1 of the featured packs, which obviously is only 10% - and that’s only if you count the guaranteed one. The money packs do not have guaranteed blueprints. The 20% droprate means there's a 20% chance for a fixed card drop to be a featured card drop vs random card drops. You aren't guaranteed 2 featured blueprint stacks in a x10. It's quite scummy imo, but that's how it is.

Think he means that clearing the cache is something that you as the player need to do now frequently and honestly it's something you've needed to do if you play the game for more than a full season, the only thing is this season is the first time it causes a game crash if you do it and then go to the store.
But @sharp patio if you have the game crashing when you go into the store after a cache clear, what you need to do is allow the game load up about 10 of the dlc items, then come out of the store, wait on the main menu for about 20 secs, then go back into the shop again and allow it to load 10 more, wash rinse repeat until the rest have fully loaded then it will not crash when you return to the store unless you clear cache again.

Here's the way to trigger it.
this only works in Nintendo players due to the quick race category.
1.Navigate to the quick race.
2.Navigate to custom race.
3.Choose any track that can have more than 1 lap. (required)
4.Choose more than 1 lap.
5.And then choose Bridge Finale.
6.Start the race.

What will happen:
After you get across the finish line the game is not finished, you'll get back from the start but with a black screen just like what happened to the video.
(might work on other tracks with police stuff I haven't tried it)

Not you alone - for me I see by using docked mode maps are having less FPS again (i.e. Osaka). Nevada is also not the very best track in terms of FPS. Other maps feel also worse different (New World meme) in terms of FPS/stability

I had 2nd occurrence where the game freezes and when you try to close the program (A9) whole Switch homepage freezes as well, which requires hard reset of the console. Can someone from GL check if the game actually could be harmful to the Switch hardware now? Wondering about it, as the crash is for the whole system and not only the game.

yeah I have had that too Guss, one of the best ways to avoid it is to avoid leaving the switch go into sleep mode while A9L is running, if you can remember to close the software when you're finished playing and reopen the game when you turn it back on, can save you having to do the hard reset of the Switch.

Unfortunately it is happening when the game is opened (while actually playing), game just freezes when at some point you scroll to the SE and while the DS3 screen is loading the freeze happens. You can exit to Home page of the Switch but if you try to either: Re-open the game or close the game - the Switch will freeze at that point as well... sorry for complaining here, but the new Scoring System (at least for mp2) doesn't work out for Switch... i played now 3.5h straight mp2 and all i got was 269 Series Points (currently top1 too)... from all those races i lost two races and the rest of them i got first ... 95% of the time it was a 1vs1. for +3 Series Points for a win... if it keeps that way, which is really likely, when most guys need to use that car in the DS and are not interested in playing mp2... leads that into 1000 games to finish just to hit those 3k Series Points (sorry but i don't think we all have time for a second full time job just for one game mode) and all you get from that is one epic in return I mean it's fine when you cut the League Rewards for us, but making it that painful just to get the only reward that is worth it from playing mp2 kills the last bit of fun... on top when you are getting 2nd in a 1vs1 you will get 0 score points... don't hurt your casuals players with that
Edit: little example... in mp2 pro league it was before the update in a 1vs.1 10 score points for being first and 5 score points for being 2nd... now it's 3 points for 1st or 0 for 2nd

World Series multiplayer (MP1) needs to be addressed. In the name of science I kept track of 20 MP1 races starting with an MP rating of 1207 and a series score (SS) of 1601. At the end my MP rating had actually gone down (although I managed to get promoted to gold) and I had only gained 667 SS. At this rate I would have to play MP1 for 8 hours a day for the remainder of the season to comp,etc it. that’s without DS3, MP2, car hunts, dailies etc and not including the inevitable crashes that are bound to occur. I was also quite lucky that I was only KD in 2 races - yesterday it was almost every race. How can the punishment for being last be more than the reward for winning? For example, I came 8th (thanks to a KD 🤬), lost 46 points followed by last again (7th), losing a further 43 points. When I won in a field of 8 (same league) 3 races later I was “rewarded” with just 40 points. That just seems so unfair and demotivating. I’ve attached the full breakdown below.

To fix this please:

• Change reward/loss mechanism so that being last is capped at -10 or -20 like before and always make a win worth more than the equivalent for losing

• Get rid of zero SS for being last

• Increase SS scores to make it less of a grind, lower targets or extend seasons

• Have more ghost seasons (maybe alternate). I always race clean. If you want to do knockdowns then play MarioKart!

Please take the time to consider these points. I’m a seasoned top 25% player who already plays for several hours a day and has bought every season pass as well as packs etc. I also have a job, wife and kids and don’t want to chose between playing 8+ hours a day or being divorced and the kids not speaking to me!

Its not obligatory to do the pinned missions in order to progress, you can complete Lightspeed Chase with your 2* i8, but if you say you are stuck, your best bet is spending 500 tokens on the 1st relay for Syndicate Coins, starring up to 3* or 4* is optional but not necessary

You need the SC for the Bugatti La Voiture Noire if you reached the last stage of Lightspeed Chase

In the good-old days you would get appropriate score after a race depending mostly on your League, now it seems a bit random - lower Leagues get more points than higher ones and also that 0 if you come last devastates the situation even more. As the rewards have been moved to score, there is now no incentive for casuals to even try to go higher than gold

Increasing max score and removing League rewards mean that people will search for a method to get it in more convenient way (usually faster way). Scoring from races is so small that the only logical choice is to farm rewards via some kind of method and that we can see very clear. If the chance to do that will be removed - not sure who will be willing to even play MP anymore.

And last thing - yesterday one player (Bholla) said that in Legend League he is not getting a race which would mean that there are no more League mixing with Plat, this also means that even hardcore players might not have any incentive to go higher as well - there is no reward for a good play/garage anymore (no rewards and even no players to match if you're too high in the ladder). The change pretty much killed any incentive to play MP1. MP2 is close, but at least it is used for car trials.

Turns out that after the update doing quick races gets u a crash much sooner than u would before the update, I just did 1 quick race and then crashed then another then crashed

I had that happen earlier today too. Money gone from estore but no game rewards. I went to do the same purchase again, into estore, backed out back into game without purchase, and game acted as if I just purchased it. Save yourself time and try this first! I guess it causes GL to check estore again.
