Fix the stupid softban glitch that's been in the game for well over a year. Losing the ability to gain rep and leaderboard positions after just playing the game normally for 20 minutes is beyond infuriating.

The game crashes now more than before, and even worse, in the middle of races, which is even more frustrating than before the race starts. Of course, still penalizes us with gasoline and tickets lost, despite being a GL error. GL must be about the only company that seems to enjoy annoying their customers… I won’t pay a single cent until you fix these issues.

Of course if the crash happens in multiplayer, you get even more penalized…

Can I check an assumption with others who follow this channel more closely than I do? It feels like the game crashes are happening a) more frequently, and b) in more varied places within the game? It used to be (at least for my experience) that the game was most likely to crash during lobby formation, and very rarely - if ever - crashed during a race. Now, however, crashes are equally likely to happen at any point during a race sequence (lobby formation, start, during the race, and even during post-race).

Please clear the cache every time the game is loaded (and make it the last step in the loading process). It's so annoying to see event icons missing, and it takes more time navigating to the "clear cache" button than the time it to takes to actually "clear cache" so you might as well do it every time the game is started, automatically.

For some reason, the gold Jesko in the OktokerFAST event isn't actually gold. All of the stats are stock except for acceleration, which is the only one that is maxed.

I'm not sure if this is intended or not but when choosing the car, it has a gold background so I would assume that it's supposed to be gold free try

What is up with multiplayer 1? Crashing, then the lobbies. 2-3 other players max. When you're in high platinum you get legend people and that is automatic loss, since all s class cars are so much faster. It is never ending grind. And the prizes are stupid as well. When you're getting couple people lobby all the time with better cars you get 6 points per game, do the math how much you need to play to reach 30000. It seems like people who developed this game lacks even 6 grade math knowledge and has 0 common sense.

No guys, this also happens to me about once a week. It's been happening ever since I started playing the game. I only play in docked mode, with the joycons in the comfort grip. Happens even if the battery has a very good amount of charge in it. The joycons are also not the issue because I sent a joycon to nintendo to get repaired (guide rail issue-no longer lit up) and this issue still happens. This also happens on a new switch I bought about 6 months ago.

@shy prairie not a Switch issue so to say but more in relation to a Switch issue, but since the DBS event kicked off and the legend pass concluded the number of game crashes I've experienced (through about 10 hours of play) has been Zero. Few other users reporting similar on both discord and facebook. Not sure was there a intentional backend change to try to lower the crashing but if there wasn't I would say look at what was changed regarding taking away the legend pass because that seems to line up with the reduction of crashes. Gotta report the good as well as the bad 🙂

The math is not that bad if you figure rounding to 5% increments. 85% off 100 is 15. 90% off 100 is 10. I've gotten a $2 bundle with 750 tokens, 95% off or 3x the stuff for my money compared to an 85% bundle. Use it as a rough value guideline. Teaches you patience. I've probably never bought anything for less than 80% off and I try to stick to >90% off.

You are still ignoring rounding, which causes significant error at these multiples. Say $5 pack was actually 92% discount from $62 and $10 pack was 84% discount from $62. $62 gets you 1240 tokens or 750 tokens + some coins (apparently 500k coins). I think you will find this more logically reasonable and you can continue to enjoy the game.

If I were you, I'd be more worried about the currency exchange rate. $ £ € all pay the same number for the packs. So you are paying 36% more than me for everything 🙊

I don’t really get what you’re saying but uhh, there are only so many cars to put in leagues and they’re supposed to get progressively better as you increase in leagues. GL wants you to put in the effort/time/money to get to Master so that you can use the stronger cars and defeat other opponents. That’s the structure of the system. Sure, the new system will result in more 1v1s, but at least people can climb leagues better, which is the core of your complaint here. It’s a give and take after all.

the worst offender will be that 2 star minimum Trion Stage on Himalayas from Tuatara SE, having dozens of cops and AI gave us in the worst case scenario 1 second per frame, "best" case scenario 10fps

which is why future Tuatara SE Stages that involved cops, GL removed the cops so we didnt complain about stages with cops having very low framerates

"Hot pursuit" type stages always gave the worst framerates compared to other game modes so its normal people are talking about how performance will be on Switch when Credit Heists come

if you hold the power button on the switch for 12 seconds it will hard power off the system, there is no way software can prevent that power off or remain running, when you start it back up it will pop the cart based game to position one on your main menu and should let you play again.

8 hours ago I had crazy lag at the start of any navigation screen such as Daily Events, selecting a car after entering an event, clicking on race etc. Everywhere except game-play. Specifically, there was a lag between the screen rendering and focus on the default button, so severe that I had to click once to get focus on the default button and click again to perform an action. After a couple of hours it diminished, but there is still lag today of about half a second. I realize that this is likely caused by network or server latency but it can be exacerbated or mitigated by the application architecture. I suspect that "exacerbated" is the case since it is not intermittent - it started yesterday and persists, so it's more than likely from a recent hotfix or patch.

This is the WORST game management I have ever seen. You guys will fail and in a business sense already have. Gameloft has no ethics only greed. Repeat customers keep you alive no matter if it's digital or brick and mortar.

Not to pile on but.. Hotfix had made crashing worse along with framerate so slow at times i think the game is frozen but then car moves slightly. Not sure hotfix did anything I can see except make crashes more frequent and FPS glitches (slow frame rate) periodically

We don't pay for the game and Nintendo bans ads available on the other versions. Report issues, but vote with your purchases. If you want to protest, just don't buy anything with real money. They will need to decide if they want to invest properly in it or just milk it. Dont pull it though. I enjoy playing despite the issues, but weigh purchases against stability.

So I close the software every so often to avoid crashes, and just now, by doing that, the SE is gone, LP season is gone, mp, events, club season are all gone. It happened as well earlier but then I closed the software several times and all of a sudden they appear again. Now it isnt appearing. This is very annoying. Is this a sign that I got softbanned? If not how do I prevent this from happening and fix it

Definitely not soft banned. The only way you can tell if you're soft banned is if you don't get club rep. Try archiving and reinstalling... may also just be a temporary connection issue

I notice that a few times it took a long time to load to get to the homd screen and also it showed the connection error thing, idk but it happened twice today, so I just thought I should point that out

With the above issue that I just mentioned I tried archiving and reinstalling, but now another problem appeared after reinstallation. It takes much more time to load to the home screen now, with the black screen, switch screen and a9 FXX screen all having some freezes that last for a few to even 10+ seconds, it happens after pressing different buttons in game as well. Also it happens in the mp loading screen (after being matched with an opponent but before the race starts) and after a long wait of loading I get disconnected automatically due to extremely delayed race, how do I fix this?

have you tried to flush your router by turning it off and wait 5 min. then turn the router back on. sometime this works and seems to help internet speeds as well.

This event might need to end up getting extended a week or so due to the Continental GT3 condition

I feel like all of these events should just be extended a week as soon as they drop because the GPs always end up finishing late

In this case, the extra lego event pushed other gps back. So yeah need an extra week added to non gp events.

just let us choose a performance mode that removes debris, special effects and lowers the graphics resolution, this could easily be implemented (like in asphalt 8)
