It would be more helpful to see what is on the left of that 14 bp drop. What happens is if you get a jackpot in the middle of what is needed to max it you get the bp’s first, then the rest of the jp directly after so I think what’s happening is you got x1 for the final bp to 5 star it, and the remaining 14 got turned into trade coins.

There was a patch that for accounts with an age of less than 18 you can no longer change in game name, see club chat. That is intentional and once you turn 18 you’ll be able to change your name again, so not reset your progress, it’s not worth it.

There seems to be an issue if you are playing in tablet mode, then put the game in the dock, it will display the game in very poor quality on a TV. Much lower than usual. Resetting the game is the only way to fix it.

The credits calculator appears to be wrong. I have no idea how long this has been an issue, but I first noticed it several days ago when I was trying to achieve a very specific number of credits and the last digit kept changing unexpectedly on round numbers of credits (ending in 0).
Here are some examples from this morning.

2 - WS Rewards
I finished 7th in a race and was awarded 1725 credits as per the rewards screen, but I actually got 1728.

I have the same issue. I can see other players have points, but can’t see their times. I haven’t attempted to log a time yet, but what am I competing with? No ghost in practice, no car ratings and no competing times.

Be sure to fully close the game instead of just powering off your switch as soon as you're done. This will fix the issue I believe.

Thanks Stephany for the feedback. Be sure in the messages the is nothing personal against you. In my case, I'm just disappointed when I first discuss with team mates but unable to play ans then when I can play R2 but see players who scored points in R1 (by the way I also had a short period when everybody was back to 0 points).
I think the easiest way should be to give first place reward to all people who faced the bug of R1 but I think most players are afraid that will not happen and the compensation will not be enough (as 250A...).
All my support in your job, should not be easy.

I guess this is useless to continue posting issues on every round of this GP. They definitely don't care anything about the players. They created a totally unfair event mixing people who can play normally and people who cannot. They know it since R1, it was still time to stop and fix and restart it (eventually by keeping the time of those who played and giving them new chances, everyone would have be happy with it), but instead of that we now can see it will run like this until the end, what a pity.

I didn't mean you did the bug on purpose, but the fact is you discover this bug quite early in the event, and made an "official announcement" saying now the disadvantaged player can play against the advantaged player, and seems happy with that. Players just want to.... play. This is not an issue with a weekly cadillac cien event, or a disconnection/crash problem that make us lose a ticket or a tank. This is a big issue for an event that is unique (and there is just a few of this kind in a year). We don't want to get points in R1, we don't want tokens, we want to play the event, in a normal way, from the beggining, star up the car and compete the other players for which we have data.

And now, I think we don't need to expect any round to be normal, and no need to report issue for every round as it will continue like this until the end. We just wait to know when we will be able to play this event.

This has been an issue for a long time, but I am not sure if it was ever fixed. When you play in split screen mode with any car with any amount of upgrades, the car will still have the top speed, acceleration, handling, and nitro performance of a stock version of that car with no upgrades. Split screen mode is ignored by many of us so this issue has gone under the radar for a while.

I didn’t realise until now, but the results tables I have all show different competitors. The one time I was able to see competitors times (in round 2) the racers have not appeared in any other results table since.
In my summary table I have a a teammate from my club, but he doesn’t appear in the full results table, nor any of the others.

Aside from the obvious problem that I wasn’t able to log a time for R1, making my chances of unlocking the car nearly 0 anyway, the glitches and crashes from the qualifiers meant that I didn’t have time to get the reward for meeting the conditions that would have afforded me another 10 BP for a slim chance to be competitive.

Now it turns out I don’t even know who I’m competing with one round to the next, and even if the position I have relates to the times I put in?

It would be extremely unfair if we come out of this with no chance to get the car. But what makes this situation even worse, how can we justify spending tokens on BPs if we go by our results. Even if we manage to get the key, we end up with a 1* car that would barely be useful in the Carrera SE - an important outcome from this event.

What would we do then?

With the update the aggressivity of the AI has increased out of proportion in exclusive. Between the new cars requirements , having less pack per run, and this kamikaze behavior of the bots it s a nightmare to make the required times for a normal driver like me or any progression whatsoever with egoista and trion. Guys theses game resets mid-race are just killing me. I can’t count how many tickets I’ve lost with them. Just now two tickets in the Carrera GT stage17, lining up for a nitro bottle and bam. A9 Splash screen. For Ferdinands Legacy at least 10 times now. Countless times in Multiplayer, losing points every time. Happened to me in two runs during the GP, and there’s no recovery from that, those tries don’t “refresh” like the tickets.

I have been moved up and down from 14th place from to 13th place and back down to 14th again as someone who missed out on R1 has been placed in 12th in my lobby. I claimed the rewards when it said I finished 14th. I have screenshots of it showing me in 13th place. GL had 2 days of calculations to get this right?! I'm also seeing the "your rewards" bug that says you should receive all the prizes for your finish position and all those positions below you. DS on MP are an issue, im doing MP all the time but i can't climb the leaderboard because of the DS bots that are 24/7 farming, instead of saying 1000 Best, it should be 1000 best farmers

if you dont cut that already, you will have a game full of bots and 0 real people playing

i know its good for staditics to have bots 24/7 so you can say you have a decent active player basis but that a double edge sword....

just increase the refill of DS by 1 minute, problem solved
if you really care about the game health, you should get rip off the bots instantly, but yeah we all know you only care about numbers, (active players, earnings, money, etc...)

Osaka quick race - Welcome to Osaka is broken. Showed 2nd lap sign where the finish line normally is and continued on. Race didn't end. Also tested it again later to see if it would happen again, and it was normal again.

This occasionally happens to me. More than 3 times now for sure. during the whole night and the next day there should be 2 store refresh that is supposed to happen (1st and 2nd one). but when I woke up and check the store I can still see the same stuff that I bought the previous night and no new items in the store. It is annoying when it happens because I already miss 1 LS refresh during the night but when this happens I would miss 2 LS refresh.

My drop rates for the “Ferdinands Legacy” Event is way too low, to the point where I think I won’t even be able to get the gt1 because I won’t have any more packs.
