Hello, is the very low amount of Syndicate Coins drop per race a bug? Was aware its not this low in the mobile version. Based on the low SC payout its almost impossible to unlock any of the cars by purchasing their respective SC pack

Also, my club members have found a solution to the bug where certain maps cause instant disconnects in mp (mostly an issue with osaka and us midwest tracks):
-Remove sd card
-Reinstall the game
-Put sd card back

Actually the disconnection problems isn't causes by weak WiFi speed it is caused by putting unbranded micro SD card in ur switch. Always use a branded/Original SD cards like the original companies such Sandisks or Samsung that way switch games never get corrupted or u get ton of errors. Which I figured out a bit late😅

I think I'm also running into a lack of multiplayer - matchmaking fails when I try to go race.

I'm not sure if this is related, but I'm also seeing that none of the racing I did today has earned any reputation for my club. I've done maybe 10 races this morning and still haven't gotten the "earn 50 points" daily task. Usually that gets done in one race.

Is this the situation where the fixes in the announcement and faq channels become relevant (back up data and reinstall the game)

I have the same problem. ALthough the WiFi works perfectly fine and i can play other online games i can't play Asphalt 9. It says that it can't connect. So I’m trying to grind my way through the Gold League in MP, which i don’t really do. But there’s a frequent “problem” that ALWAYS occurs (this could be intended, I don’t normally play a lot of the Multiplayer WS): Whenever I place 1st, I only gain 5-10 rating points. The reason why I think this is an issue is because most of the time, I beat the highest rated (crown) player, yet still only gain 10 points? Is there a reason for this, or is this a scoring issue? 😬

@golden meadow I think it’s due to no one being in gold league anymore. With rush season points go up, and with Legend being only 2020 points I’d say a vast majority of people are up in legend. To get those 36 points you need full lobbies which you won’t get in lower leagues 2-3 weeks into a rush season.

Somebody in my club said talked to me on Reddit after being inactive for about a week saying that he lost his A9 progress because someone logged into his account. I'm worried this might happen - along with other games.

Unless you have told someone your log in information for A9, this shouldn't be an issue. If you do not have security on your WiFi, people can use bots to capture your log in information for any site you use-- email, financial institutions, schools, etc. And as secure as Nintendo claims their security features are, I can't even believe this error is happening as many times as it is on Switch devices. unless it is just that-- an error of the game's algorithm thinking another party is trying to log into your A9 account. Maybe Bro2 or I can see what information Gameloft can legally tell us to explain this error.... no guarantees, we get told very little since Gameloft Legal is very tight lipped when we ask for explanations to something.

There's a weird issue with the AI in today's Holiday Celebration event. AI seems to take a path that's not even on the map. Check the map at the start you can see him behind me but then somehow on the top left later you can see his position off map.

Actually your connection to your WiFi is somewhat irrelevant on connection issues with the game servers. Just because you have a good connection from your device to your ISP, that does not mean the connection is good all along the data stream. That data stream can pass through any number of other routers, ISP's as it's passing through the internet to the game servers. If there is a corrupted node or congestion at any point along the data stream, the game server is only going to see a bad connection. Same if the node you are placed in on the game server is highly congested, it can cause connection issues. Not sure if you think the same, but many people think of the connection from their router to the game server is a straight line from Point A to Point B when Gameloft could be Point Q, Z or even DD depending on the number of connection points your data must pass through.

Acura Pack one suggests that the normal price of those items would be €20 as it's 90% off and costs €2, Acura packs 2/3 state a price of 50/100 euro with their 90% reductions bringing them to 5/10euro yet contain exactly double and quadruple the items in pack one. Either pack one is incorrect or packs 2/3 are, but again the pack % reductions contradict each other to the point at least one of them is incorrect.

Strange one here is that pack one would actually be greater than 90% off if it was worked out correctly. Price should be 2.5 or else it's 92% reduction as it stands.

it was probably that few seconds pause that is sent out with the notification that is when the multiplayer packs reset for everyone, it might have just held your game up long enough as it appeared so as to knock you offline a moment, doesn't normally kick me offline when that happens though, could be down to your net connection (are you wired or on wifi?) or just maybe unlucky how it held up the game a moment.
If it constantly happens it might be worth considering shifting the game from SD card to Internal storage, we had a few members have certain issues clear up when doing that, or just try a full archive and redownload of the software. Just a thought.

There is a big frame rate problem on the Osaka track Large Hill. In the first quarter of the track in the second factory hall the frame rate drops below 10 FPS or so.
Partly the game looks like a still image.

So after last update my name was automatically changed to driver1200 and I can't change it back. Previously I was able to correct that by reinstalling the game. Now it doesn't work any longer. I believe it is an issue with parental controls somehow as originally account was one switch that had parental controls on. However that was a year ago. Basically the Joystic and the dpad work the same way. Either you press it or you don't. So you have 2 states. The analog steering lets have a range from 1-100 inputs. That makes taking open curve much more easier with Tilt as you just turn a little the switch and will turn without losing any speed. Right now you have to make little pushes with the joystick to achieve the same. And cars with high handling you need to be more careful because it can make you lose speed.

I still have multiplayer issues. After matching and loading the map I get disconnected.
I tried to fix it by archiving, removing SD and reinstalling, it worked for some matches but now it's giving me the same issue again. Is it possible to solve this in another manner or do I have to keep reinstalling the game everytime this issue happens?

The relative scores are put in order, and if you're the top score you are expected the come first. Especially if the margin is quite large like yours. Unfortunately yeah, you can come 2nd a lost 20 points simply because you're so far head of 2nd points

I know there's been a bit of work to get the reduction % correct but each car hunt the store packs cost is 2 / 5 / 10 for 1x/2x/4x the items but they're always listed as 90/90 and 90% off, 2 isn't half of 5 so the math doesn't work there, the first pack should be 92% reduction or else cost €2.50 to be correct as a 90% reduction on packs 2 and 3 mean their original costs would be 50 and 100euros but the first pack then would cost €25 but applying a 90% reduction to €25 would cost €2.50 ie 10% of the cost.

sorry if it has been fixed already or sounds obvious but the prices on the dlc items all have the currency added incorrectly to them, like they were formerly listed as costing €4.99 here but now they all list as being "4.99 €" with the currency symbol after the amount, I would think this will cause issues with the code as it's going to try to charge based on the number after the € not before it.
