I'd like to note that survey rewards are sent to all players after the survey is closed.
We divide all participants into groups and send the rewards to each group of players at a different time.
It usually takes up to 2 - 3 weeks in order to send the reward to every player.

your pos will be matched with around or higher than you, lets say even though there's 10000 people that online, because your position is 200 among this 10000, logically you will be paired with around 200 and up, lets see this like a pyramid

that means the higher you go, the less people will show up there, your position is your indicator basically

also since most player still prioritizing series score, they will slowly goes up, today most player goes to gold league

it wont be long to see lots of player in your lobby later (that is, if you still in gold league)

We already know that "solution" to clean cache, delete game, turn off Switch, restart router and repeat it every time. But this bug takes many months!!!! Yes, to solve the purchase in the store with different currencies, it didn't even take 24 hours, obviously. We just want Gameloft set a date on this bug now

In all my streamings that I do in 1 hour, this texture bug appears at least 2 times. Lost points and deposits in multiplayer, lost attempts at GPs, wasted tickets in events... It's true that all of that recovers, but it's a real nuisance to play like this. It shouldn't be that difficult to fix this bug, but it doesn't even seem like they're working to fix it unfortunately

I know there was an issue the other day about using certain currencies @shy prairie and as far as I'm aware it's resolved. Is this happening again? I bought the £1.99 Elva pack (in Sterling) and have the nintento and paypal confirmation emails, but the transaction hasn't gone through on my switch. It's been about 15 minutes now. I don't really want to restart incase it messes it up.

The purchase goes through but somehow it just kinda freezes after returning from nintendo store. I've only had one time where i needed GL to refund/manually give me the pack/bundle and that was SC20 GP times

Yes. Definitely. League mixing is saving this game. One race for those gold leaguers is nothing next 2-3 and they are in platinum. And in platinum it's pretty doable to win with many legend players with good driving

In previous special events there were little badges or icons (or whatever you call it) on the mission screens, which told you if you don't have the needed car or if epics are needed for the mission. Those are not shown anymore in the SE of the Vision 1789. The Regera SE might be affected too, but I can't tell because I have all required cars there.

Restarting the game etc is not really a solution to this problem. It was an acceptable temporary fix many months ago but the time spent simply restarting the game to clear this glitch is now ridiculous.

It takes approx 90 seconds to reatart the game to the same point. If you had to do this once a day, that's nearly 10 hours over the course of a year. That's more than a full day of work and we should be recompensed for that.

And this doesn't include the messed up gp runs, lost league points, wasted fueks etc

But GL don't care. In fact their official response is for the end user to do a whole host of other time consuming stuff

@bright bear you know if they were to lift the 170 total conditions and added the arash packs at least they could avoid what is occurring or will occur when everyone complains about not being able to get the bt62 because of 5 measley conditions as well as not keeping the arash packs in the shop. I am still holding on to a very slim glimmer of hope that something positive will be done for the players trying to get the car. Maybe they will realize that the future outcome of their current plan will in fact cause them to lose more money and possibly even a variety of small time consumers and maybe several mega whales. It would only make sense to make everyone happy rather than everyone complaining and putting more stress on the customer care people. That's how I would see it if I was working at their offices.

We use the official drop rate system widely used in most RPG based video games. Dropout rate = probability, so no guarantee.
