Earlier I was under the impression that one of my clubmates had changed their name and nobody could see it. I talked to them a bit more and learned that they tried to change their name, but the edit (pencil icon) button on the Player Profile page is grayed out and inaccessible to them. I had them confirm that the Nintendo account they are using has their correct birthday (yes, they are well over the age of 13, but a few decades :D). The only other idea I had for them was to completely delete the app from the switch and redownload it.

While I am waiting for them to do that, anyone have any other ideas for me?

All races (mp1, mp2, Seasonal, daily) have trouble with additional, short lags (on top of the 'normal' lag we know exists in certain parts of certain tracks). Action controls are not recorded during those short intervals, making u miss turns, do 360's or missing SW. Pretty annoying, and wasn't there before the BF season.

Get a cc dude to help to check manually each id sent. Doing an automatic process is sometimes slower. I don't think you have more than 300 dude in the first hour. Could be fix manually faster. Check Id and fix 1 minute, the cc guy could fix 420 accounts in a day

If you jump too high "by accident" you drove badly, and thus, you weren't going to win anyway. You should relax a little. It's a game. I believe it's intended for actual problems with the game in real time, not resentment. Try that in switch general.

I don't think it would be the servers. If the game is correct in the application side of things, it should have no issues connecting.

Hi @tidal drift , as @lost beacon mentioned after you enter your request in the switch you get the email error (which is non sense) and need to click on the second blue link, to confirm that the default FAQ does not solve your issue. Note that later on you will receive an email asking for additional details about your payment.
About the refund on Nintendo shop side, when you buy something you get a confirmation email stating you have 14 days to claim refund. Now it's too late, thus you should check with GL instead. Hope this helps

Do you mean you did get the 10 blueprints, automatically, and the 12 blueprints from the next bundle... but then didn't get any C2 rewards in the packs, or do you mean the 22 automatic blueprints never arrived? If they neve arrived, try restarting the game but, if it is the case, then I'd think that's a fair issue. If you mean you didn't get those from the packs... packs are a lottery... win some lose some. Unless they're guaranteed packs, the tokens ones, near the start in the shop, it's a risk. Yes it'll say, for instance, 15x BP for whatever, but doesn't guarantee a featured car. Just that you might get lucky.

and with this one the value of the tokens, bps, and packs is $200 because it's 6k tokens

and $200 - 80% is $30 and once again we can assume you're getting the those 20 Veyron bps for $20

then with this one it's 3k token value

and $100 - 90% is $10

and we can assume again, the bps cost $10

A9 is setup for the beginner or the top .5%. Everyone else get to pay with money (way over priced) or grind forever. Throw in all of the kd in mp and the game is not worth it. As for me I've had enough and this will be my last season. A9 just isn't for me and only stayed as long as I did because of the club that I'm in. As for price I was able to get all of Forza 5 for less then the cost of upgrading an S class car 1*. So you Legends have fun kd each other.

pretty sure this way of doing things is much better than locking drops to star count of your car which they were doing before. all they did was change it so that those who would star up their car to get more rewards don't have to now but if they do want it they can star up their car rather than learning the route. this is much better than being forced to star up and the tracks aren't even long. there's no nitro tricks in any of them, just take the right path for less than 30 seconds.

What you keep missing is that the average player makes up 90% of the players and if the average player can't earn the rewards they leave. The time requirements should be low enough that someone that is good with touchdrive can make it. If not then get rid of touchdrive.

At level 1 they are not necessary yet because we only need the Saleen at 1⭐, but at level 2 they already ask for it at 2⭐ and it is not possible to get it (except buying with real money)
