Is anyone of you experiencing trouble while playing Multiplayer races?

My game freezes in the middle of the race, where most of the times I'm leading or at least placed 2nd or 3rd and then i lose my rating points.

Have anyone had similar experiences?

I'm a first timer here and i don't know much about this chat platform. I'm unable to attach the screenshot of the trouble here

Well, I don't know what exactly it is. When i tried to contact the customer care, they doesn't have a proper response either. They said it might be the the issue with my internet / Wi-Fi. But I'm using super-fast internet and i never faced trouble with anything else. Even in Asphalt 9 itself, it's not always, but recently quite a few times I'm facing this same issue. When i reiterated my issue to the CC Team, they said other players are also facing this same issue and they'll see what they can do about it!

But all those rating points i lost in that process due to that technical issue, i won't get it back no.
