for example instead of relying on solely relying on the ELO system, let Platinum players take turns; take into account on how long it has been since a Platinum player has been matched with a LL player, then compare this against a reference value (say, 3-5 races), to ensure LL doesn't get too stale, while allowing Platinum users to have a fair chance
