I had the same problem too. The game, for some reason, thought I was below 13 after updating the app during the Lambo update. Basically, what I did was contact customer care regarding the matter. They then will reply saying that the 'chatting' features in A9 are only allowed if you are 13 and above and a picture of your ID will be required to prove your age if you are 13 and above. So, I sent a picture of my ID and Voila! everything was back to normal.

I am going to be writing a suggestion if you have anything you would like to add or change just tell me and i will read over them :))

1. In mp we should have a cap rating loss when i am about to get in gold league a max arenara claps me when i am in my 3* viper and i lose 47 rating. I think there should be a cap loss on rating. 35 for 8th, 27 for 7th, 22 for 6th, and 15 for 5th.
2. If you get kd, 360 or get rammed, you will lose less rating. if someone touches you with there car and you wreck in .5 second you will lose less rating, but if you 360 someone or kd then you will not gain as much rating as you would have. If you wreck or leave the track from by a mistake by you, you will still lose the normal amount of points.
3. i also think that you should lose rating by how much the time difference was between you and other players if you come in .05 second after someone you will not lose as many points as you would have.
