As I told you previously, I wasn't banned, but I'd like to understand if I missed a passage where GL officially says bans are due to bots.
How do you know if the players who wrote to GL received a reply where GL tells them that they cannot reveal the reason for the ban due to privacy issues?

I believe that the control system is totally insane and unreliable. Even some of our users have received a ban for 2 days, of course without explanation on the offense, even users who did not play for months or play very sporadically. Yet in the race and in the results of the various TLEs or GPs I keep seeing C class cars going faster than A classes at the maximum upgrade, or absurd times made with cars one or 2 stars less against cars with 2 stars more driven by the best players of A9. The bans for these are not coming... why?

Players who got their account back after being banned no longer have access to the GP.
Is this an error or is it normal after a ban?
I have deduced 2 options:
1. The ban was caused by a wrongdoing in GP. (In this case the absence of the GP could be justified).
2. It is really too excessive a punishment in case the ban is not due to the GP. (If the ban itself is a punishment for committing an offence, why does the punishment continue?)
I hope for a clarification from GL through its spokespersons who represent it on this server. Thank you.

Do you have any diagnostic suggestion for how I can help you find why 50% of the time ad serving is completely broken on Windows? For example now. Right after goal resets it is often more reliable, though yesterday I couldn't even get a free card from the store because it wouldn't serve the ad. I get a spinning red circle, which seems to also be uninterruptible (suggestion filed in that channel).
Is there logging I can turn on, or tools I can run on Windows 11 to observe what is actually behind that annoying spinning "no progress" indicator?
I am an engineer, I know what I am doing, so feel free to give complex instructions.

i noticed in some races i had in MP . my car wont accelerate . its like my top speed get limited . even if i use Nitro the car wont get to higher speed . i had this problem when i used S class cars but the other cars in the room were A class cars . the other problem i notice recently is that the handling is not correct for example its like my car get the handling of other cars in the race or get the key sensitivity setting of other cars in that race .

Fix the profanity filter in game. Cant write "Reputation" for club moto cause the profanity filter take it as "Re****ion" Fix that profanity filter so it wont take profanities out from middle of the word that in full word isn't profanity. Also this is not only Windows issue, but the #👾-gameplay-issues channel is closed for writing problems

Random invincibility bug, it is considered invincibility as there are videos by other players about this issue in general chat, also I have a 5G stable connection so I never disconnect randomly, a bad connection can sometimes grant invincibility but this is different

Not sure if it is a corrupted area that I hit, I was meant to explode but the invincibility bug happened, or that I went at it from a certain angle, but I went through the ground

Whenever I play for a long period of time, dwm.exe uses a memory leak, this is a possible graphics bug or it is a windows bug, I know the latter seemes likely but this memory leak never happened for years that I have used windows for, so if this is an asphalt 9 related bug, you should be getting more reports like this.

Fix ATS Corsa hunt track all ramps. Also fix the system of hitting AI car in the air that stops car rotation and then on landing car crash. Also add more time to beat with D class car if all the ramps are broken and making car crash and that one crash make it impossible to get under 41 seconds cause the car spawn on the track so far from the crash that you lose 5 seconds with that one crash

Put through suggestions but declined and asked to post in issues. This is not a Windows specific issue as it affects all platforms, but I can't post this in gameplay-issues since it's blocked off. The issue is the invisible wall in San Francisco, which has been present since launch (highlighted in the attached screenshot). It blocks barrel rolls and can actually slow your car down, which seems kind of strange that an invisible wall should do that, unless there are pockets of very, very heavy air in San Francisco.

You write do it on the "auf die Strecke begeben Event" (you mean the hit the road event), but in German that event is called "auf die Strasse : über den Berg" Many times there is a translation error, work on it!

Try this. Got it from Xbox community. Press the Windows Button then type Services.
Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.
Then select Run as Administrator
Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Gaming Services,
Gaming Services.
Do this with each of the services listed above.
Right-click over the service and select Properties.

The car needs to be turning, even if very little, to be able to drift. When drifting on Touchdrive, the car has a very small turning angle

I realise you can't do long straight drift but after tapping brake you drift for about half a second even without input. Issue I'm talking about is car swerving left for no reason. If you have controller at 100% sens or keyboard (at any sens) you can perform dead straight drift. I tried different controllers and asked clubmates, seems to happen everywhere.
This is an old clip that demonstrates the issue - both me and ghost are tapping breaks but ghost is at 100% sens.

The issue is broken sensitivity algorithm that seems to incorrectly round zero analog input into ever so slight turn to the left.
It doesn't happen when sens it at 100% (sensitivity function is disabled and input is 1:1) or with keyboard (no analog input).

Hello. There is this SERVER LAG leading to wrong placement on finish line in every single MP race I played after the Festive season update. You don't need individual feedback on this issue. A majority (at least) is facing the issue. Please fix this problem. MP1 and MP2 both are not playable owing to the lag. I was first in this race, but as you can see in ss, I am second and it is showing identical time to the opponent. Apologies for the tag. @rain atlas

During the first days of an update it's within the realms of possibility to have lag in races. This can happen as the game might be downloading assets in the background and your devices might be under heavier stress.

We'll be checking this with the team in any case.

However, notice on the top left corner on the screen the real position you have in a race, as that is unlikely to be affected by the lag you're experiencing and is causing the other cars to not appear in front of you.

I don't think this is happening because of the lag or the heavier stress on the devices. I have a very strong pc. I am pretty sure it's an error in programming. A bug.

That might not be true. Reasons:

1. We didn’t face the very issue in start of previous updates.
2. Top left corner ( 1/8, 2/7 etc ) is not showing the real position. That is the problem.

I look closely at my phone data activity (I use my WiFi hotspot from my phone) and apart from MP session there's no heavy background downloading found.

Yeah I mean on my video I'm starting at 2nd, how can I already at 4th position right at the start? before 3.2.2a update my position at the start is always correct (btw video coming up).

Gameloft, if you don't want continued reports like these; maybe give us an eta or ask questions about it? It's better than maintaining radio silence

Downgrade from windows at 11 at all costs. Windows often goes through a 1-2 pattern of good to bad software. It skipped from windows 7 to windows 10 (9 didn't exist) I suggest you downgrade until windows 12/13 (or whatever) comes

Claudia. It's not because of the update on our computers; i'm pretty certain it's because you have people from different updates on the same surver. Maybe push the force update ahead of schedule?
You saw at least in my attachment, if not in the google drive file, that i was able to interact with a non-teleporting player named "League of my own"

set your graphics settings to bare minimums. Then work your way back up until you're satisfied with the framerate-to-graphics ratio
if it's already at minimum, you need a better cpu or ram

NO u are not right. its not about our PCs. i have AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz + 32 GB RAM and Geforce 3080 RTX -- so i would say one of the best gaming PC s 🙂 . and i get that freezing randomly too! and NO its not my internet lol i have a very fast and good cable internet 500 Mbit/s

There's a difference between lag and freezing/stuttering. Stuttering can cause a poor race time as your car drops to 0 speed while in a freeze. IF your screen stops moving

I don't have that issue, and I don't know your specs, and i saw a user with a default discord icon, therefore, i assumed they likely didn't have a powerful computer. I have a 1050TI and AMD a10 processor, and i can run max graphics fine with hardly any freezing.16 gigs ram
