Instead of investing the millions you make each year into your games, we the "paying players" get left with bugs that never get fixed and whole server failures (Yeah your servers are shockingly bad, probs old tech)... in which many players lose the right to play the final round in the GP, so they also lose the 100's if not 1000's of tokens and all you give is 150 tokens in compensation... ๐ ๐

You might need to reset your app, go to windows settings > apps > Find A9 on the list (should be near the top)
Click it and you should see Advanced Options, open that and scroll down. You'll see "Reset"
It will reset your game data.
It might help

The Grand Prix event was not extended as we've found that the issue was affecting all Windows players, and given that the last round was active for 48 hours and it's a competitive event against other players, everyone had an opportunity to time to play at least one race in the round before the incident happened.
Although we understand that maybe you were accounting to finish all attempts at the same time during the last hours of the event, we can only recommend avoiding it, and in the future make sure to use at least one out of 3 attempts at the beginning of the round. This way you can already secure at least some position in the leaderboard and avoid the unnecessary risk of missing the round completely due to unexpected circumstances.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

You are advising us to immediately use up one out of three attempts, to avoid losing the round in case this problem occurs again in the future.
Well, from these words alone, it is clear that you are unfit for the role you play.
It would have been more professional to say "from the next GP onwards, you will have 4 attempts instead of 3, so we will give you the opportunity to use up one attempt now". These are the words of a competent employee or 'Asphalt Team' who turns his attention to the customer. Professionalism should never be lacking on your part, but it is lacking on both the technical and diplomatic/human sides.
I remind you that many of us invest money in this game, mainly to support the work of the "developers". So we expect respect at the very least.
I would also remind you that with every update there is always a new problem with periodic intervals that you fail to fix until the next update. If you want I can list them all for you.
And always remember that the customer is always right! Especially when (as in our case) he pays money.

GL team, most of us know y'all work hard to keep the game in good shape, and we're very thankful for it. We know as well that bugs can happen for several reasons anytime...
But I have the need for telling you that you should show more respect not only for the players, but for your own game and the conditions you set for your events. If you stablish some specific rules to participate in an in-game event, those rules must apply to everyone, during the whole event, always, and if for some reason something happens on your side, the last thing you should be saying is "well you should've foreseen our technical difficulties and raced before!" which is in essence what you said. You stablish the rules, so you must be the ones protecting and enforcing them. So if you say that we're gonna have 48h per round, each one of them should be opened for every-single-second of those 48h. No exceptions.
I wasn't affected this time neither for the shortening of the hunt nor the GP, because even if I normally do my attempts at the end of the rounds, this time I was feeling pretty confident with my runs so I did mine just a couple hours before my game got the issue... but it annoys me anyway that you behave like this, without considering enough that you just ruined, at the very last moment, lots of people efforts in an event that lasts for 2 (2!!) weeks.
So please, reconsider your position if not for this time, for the ones to come.

of course you can completely uninstall the game and reinstall it with a new download from ms stor, but that action won't fix the issue most users are experiencing.(lack of events like last night or other issues like todays, club info for example). what you see is probably due to this main issue, and reinstalling won't work. Of course there are hundreds of other situations where reinstallation could help, but it's not likely at this very moment if everything worked fine until 10 minutes ago
