Why does my game not open. It literally does not open then it eventually says "You are not connected to a stable network. Please try again later". I mean why? i have literally good and stable net. if your vram is 1gb then it might be a problem cuz vram means video memory and wht it does is tht it processes frames to come and and tht helps to maintain good fps and if ur vram is lower than required it cant process tht much and store so it start to lag.i hope u understand

GL when are you going to fix the Ad bugs, one where the Ad has a second 15 second segment on the end causing major steering problems in any following races until we quit the game and restart (does not occur in Android) and second where the Ad results in the whole game 'locking-up' as appears to occur in the free LaFerrari Ads in the shop and again only solution is to quit the game and restart. Does this happen to anyone else? It only happens with the LaFerrari and Free Ads Pack. After closing the ad I get the reward animation and after I press Next button (once) I immediately get the reward animation again but this time I am stuck at Next.. I can't do anything and I am forced to close the game. I sometimes have to close the game 4 or more times just to watch the ads pack. And the trick uncheck/recheck the Privacy options doesn't work here for me.

Still having problems with 'Cooking diary' Ads, whenever there is a extra 15second segment on the end then the car steering/handling is messed up for any future races until you quit the game and restart. This has been happening since start of season, now I realise that GL treat Windows players as 2nd class citizens, but GL please at least fix this

Weird input after watching ads

I noticed that my inputs became really weird after watching some ads. For example, when I steer, it has a delay, or sometimes the car steers on its own.

The only fix I've found right now for that problem was to close the game via the task manager (for those who wonder how to do this: right-click on the Windows bar then choose "Task Manager"; select "Asphalt 9: Legends" and click "End task").

I don't think my device (MSI GE60 2PL Apache) is the problem there, as I saw multiple reports for the same problem recently (car steering on its own etc.) including members of my club.

Hello. There has been this new issue with ads since two days. Majority of the time when you click on "Watch" ad button, it just keeps on loading for a long time. The only way to exit this is to quit the game and start again.

It’s not just ad with the reward issue which is a problem, but there is an issue with every aspect of ad in the game. At least understand first what the actual problems are.

1. Ads causing loading of screen at x3 credits screen, fuel reduction screen and ads pack screen.
2. Ads freezing the game after ads pack animation. (if the ad ever opens up).
3. Ads not reducing the fuel time.

I used to have 65Mbps stable wired to router connection, so I doubt that

1st Ad of the day, 1st Ad BUG of the day, this time it's when the 'Next' button cannot be clicked following the award being displayed twice. look at mouse cursor 'flash' on the 'Next' button as I attempt to press it.

If we stop posting about these bug then GL/A9 will simply assume that they have gone away or are no longer a problem. The more players that post about these bugs, the more likely GL/A9 will actually do something about them.

1st Ad of the day and here we go again. 3xBonus Ad from Daily events Credit heist and it 'hangs' with the Red Diamond being displayed then after a couple of minutes the game crashes.

2nd Ad of the day and guess what, yep you're right. Shop 'Free pack' Ad this time but same result it 'hangs' with the Red Diamond being displayed and then after a few minutes of the Red diamond the game crashes

The ONLY solution for these Ads 'hanging' appears to be to quit the game and restart unless of course the game itself crashes then it's just a restart lol. Then just wait for another Ad where it will happen again BUT yesterday I found that after about 15 times it seemed to cure itself i.e. the Ads suddenly started to be displayed correctly.

4th Ad and this time the BUG is where the 'Next' button cannot be clicked following the award being displayed twice. You can see in the video the mouse cursor 'flashing' on the 'Next' button where I am pressing the mouse left button. Again the only solution appears to be quitting the game & restarting.

Also I am NOT getting the 3xBonus credits but I am receiving the original amount, obviously this is costing me a considerable number of credits every day, I would estimate in the range of 100k a day, when you consider that this has been happening since start of Italian season (48 days ago) this means I have lost approx 4,800,000 credits this season.
GL/A9 are you going to give some reasonable level of compensation for your bugs ?

About the "Key Hunt" to get this Continental GT3: As far as I know, you can use that car to drive in that Special event, and you need to have a better time than 43s (of course you need to drive that exact car) in order to get the key for it. Can anyone help me. I was previously having a problem where, i would open the game, some of the in-game ads would popup (i don't remember which ads), they were normal ads encouraging to buy in-game packs. After clicking the "X" button to remove the ads, the ads would be removed but a9 window would just go dark and i couldn't interact with any in-game element. After closing a9, I tried to reset the app through "Windows settings/Apps/Apps & Features/Asphalt 9/Advanced Options/Reset". It just kept on spinning, i thought it glitched out and restarted my laptop. After the restart i couldn't even open a9, so i tried uninstalling it, windows just couldn't uninstall it, it was stuck. Just tried windowed after restarting game in windowed mode but alas it didn't help. As a software developer, I think that it's just a broken link, badly typed url address or an ad that has been pulled and they have not updated the database of Ads url addresses

@rain atlas Why do you ask for IDs when we report ad issues? The whole windows player base seems to suffer under severe ad issues, that is on ongoing issue for several weeks now. Didn't you notice the countless messages here about these problems? Software crashes when starting an ad, sometimes during watching an ad and sometimes after watching an ad, somtimes not giving the rewards,... I think these problems started in the 2nd half of the Italian season. The ad feature is totally broken currently while we are so dependent on ads. I think GL is not interested in us watching ads as they always prefer that we would spend tokens which will not happen in my case.

That has been happening to me long time ago, but the issue disappeared ever since. Are you sure you're not touching the upward arrow on your d-pad? (It's a relatively new feature that you can use it to toggle between TouchDrive and manual control any time you like during a race and even before the starting shot.

If you couldn't finish your GP rounds or your hunt, you should write to customer care and politely complain about it, otherwise they won't do nothing.
