Hello, there is an issue with the game opening at the gameloft logo and closing itself, it seems even community managers wasnt able to solve it in: https://forum.gameloft.com/viewtopic.php?t=648875, many reccomended reinstallation which fails, i did research on google to find the issue and nothing fixed it, so I did it myself I was able to because I am studying IT in a college and I have a level 2 IT diploma, but many users couldn't, to fix it you reset the application data of microsoft store, image below.

pages 2 and 3 of the link provided in the message above shows it was not solved and aparantly customer care was not good and only frustration came.

lastly, i don't think it is a compatibility issue because in the post they say it works for 2-3 days then it is unplayable a RAM or GPU issue should make it constantly unplayable, Thanks for taking your time.

This is an issue that has lasted for a long while, the game automatically closes itself as soon as it is open, and it works in some days, and in some others it does not, this issue happened to soo many players that don't report it here or in customer support because they can't open the game so no customer support and no interest in discord server or knowing if there is a discord server. The game launches itself and closes at varying seconds, with only the gameloft logo loaded, if this was a GPU issue then why does it work sometimes and not work other times? Many people are going in google for help with no solution, no one has figured it out not even 2 community members, this was in 2019 this is has been going for 2 years or more and it is still not fixed, many users left the game because of the frustration of that issue please fix it

I've been getting this on Scotland tracks yesterday and today, lost 2 Pagani BC races in the Aspark SE today because I couldn't see any Police cars coming head on straight for me! This is mild compared to what other tearing there has been, mostly happening under the tunnel and the jumps just before the long curve completely obscuring my view of the road. Verify cpu load showing logical cpu. If a single core is at 100% the game lag on controls. Use manual affinity to solve.
Verify also gpu or use low graphics details and no effects if your gpu is full used.
But I think is some single core the problem

To show logical cores use graph of task manager, right click and show logical cpus option

Devs what is happening to the server? My multiplayer is so laggy and everytime it freezes, i get behind and it lags so much it frustrates me. It is almost unplayable. My specs are good and it can run in max settings. I also lowered my settings to make sure but the problem is still there. It is clearly on the server problem. My internet connection is also fast. I can't afford losing and losing points anymore. I don't get disconnections though like before. MP has never been consistently keeping up.

I agree that GL servers are probably at fault but have you checked for any Win10 updates as these tend to be released at the beginning of a month

Ads seem to be working on my end, if you're having issues, could you provide more details? Does it happen only with specific ads? Always or just sometimes?

The ads stop working when it switches to Gameloft ads. They play, but it doesn't show a change in refuel time, and the little message below doesn't appear (or "synchronizing"). I reset the Advertiser ID in Windows Settings and that got a batch (of non-Gameloft ads) to play again and reward (and apparently even the refuels that didn't work before). Then when the Gameloft ads returned, it stopped again. Restarting the game doesn't update the refuel time for the car for which ads were watched. And it also happens with ticket ads and triple credits ads.

The problem is that you can only race other players on the same update as yourself. So in the small windows playerbase where we struggle to get full grids at normal time you will have a reduced player selection until everyone has moved across to the new season update, this is why I will not do it until Thursday night

So: 3,800 x3 = 11,400.
But only 3,800 C-Coins are given out.

I think I've given you enough information. The Gameloft ads don't work. Paid ads (i.e. other companies: Candy Crush, Tribez, etc.) work fine (we get 20-25 of those?). After paid ads we always get GL ads.

The workaround is to toggle the advertising ID in Windows Settings -> Privacy (off, then on again), which will give you more paid ads...

There is also a bug where the brazilian users of the game with the portuguese languase selected cannot buy at the asphalt store, and if you change it for english, the problem is gone. I posted this solution in portuguese and the bullyes from GL repreended me telling me to write only english. They should write better codes instead.

It simply does not work!

I don't know what GL devs are doing, but this is the fourth time I've been trying to race in daily events and I've lost connection just after the race start, with the result that the game restarted on its own and I've lost tickets. "Magically", the connection is fine again until I start another race and trouble comes again.

i solved both problems doing it, but GL definitely should be more carefull writing their codes. But the tip is not "junk" as you said before. If you say something like this, other people might giving up trying something that worked for many others. This was a tip among the players who just try to help themselves.

If you happened to have watched an Ad (in particular one that appears to have an extra 15sec segment at the end OR features 'sherlock') before this problem started, then it is a bug that has been reported here numerous times by various drivers, only solution at present is to 'quit' and 'restart' the game. Now this ad is causing input lag. It had been reported to cause the very issue few months back as far as I remember. This different version of the ad with extra 15 seconds after a 30 sec ad is still the problem. Almost every ad with additional 15 sec at the end has caused car control issue, and yet we keep receiving such ads.
Please be responsible, test these ads first and only then these ads should appear to an end user.

As far as I have experienced myself and seen others, issues from previous update persists after installation of recent hotfix:

1. Ads for fuel reduction don’t work.
2. Screen goes black after clicking x3 credits ad.
3. MP errors (as seen from others’ experience) are still there.

So, the hotfix was just there to make GP appear. @rain atlas Apology for the tag, please do something about these issues. As you can see above, we are still experiencing issues. Hotfix did not help. You can imagine the extent to which gameplay of a player is affected.

I noticed this bug since update 2.8.3a and still exists in 2.8.4a. It is infrequent and cannot predict when it may happen.
After viewing an AD to increase the Daily Event ticket count for Car hunt and with ticket down counter still many minutes away, the Ad completes but the count does not update. Exiting and immediately returning to the game shows the proper ticket count.
I have done this with the ticket count at 1 only and the down counter is many minutes away from zero so cannot say if it matters if the current ticket count is other than one.

I think they are tied to the different platforms as the store vendors get their cut of any top-ups etc, so while you can play against people on other platforms, I don't think you can move your profile between them.

I'd love to be wrong though....

You can @astral hull. However it's a one-time permanent change, and you cannot move back no matter what.

You can transfer your progress from Xbox to Google Play or Facebook, it might take some time but you can request it contacting #👨💻-customer-care

Hello. I have been facing this issue a lot lately. During a MP race, race shows me where exactly I am. When the car crosses the finish line, it does not stop there, but keeps on going for about a minute or less. Watching ads to refuel cars still worked flawlessly just a few hours ago today, but now as there is a block of GL-owned products being advertised (Lego, War Planet, Asphalt 8...), the refueling times are not reduced at all, even though I've been watching the ads all the way to the end...

I keep having issues with ADS, both when watching them for ad packs and refuelling. I would click on 'watch ad', it would show correctly, but when it finishes, sometimes the time for refuelling would stay the same or the reward wouldn't come my way. Nothing happens if I restart the game or of I watch another one either. It's SO upsetting to waste time like this to get nothing in exchange... I'm sure GL still get their money for every single ad no matter if the player got his reward or not huh? 😒

Hello. I know these issues have been reported so many times.** The Ads issues**. Please have a look at this video.
🔹 When you are done with the ad, you click cross button on top right, it does not even let you click on "NEXT" button, it closes itself and doesn't reward x3 credits.
🔹 Refuelling is also not working.
🔹 Please at least make it a know issue so that everyone is aware that you are working on it.
🔹 This is** illegal money** that gameloft is making over ads these days because the one who is rewarded for these ads is gameloft, not the end-user.

Xbox in windows is one of a social network which stores important data of the game. That data can be accessed from any PC by loggin in to same xbox account.
One thing more: Xbox services do not get reset when you reset your pc unless you do it from your xbox account settings. Hope that is clear.

While braking w/ controller BELOW 100% sensitivity cars turn left on their own, I've no idea why it's happening (keyboard is fine).
Pad is not the issue - know few people that are affected and logically car would turn harder at max sens but instead it works fine.
This is not vehicle or map specific - it happens always for every car and everywhere.
This has been around forever and I'm sure plenty more people have this problem and just haven't noticed it.
If you have a spare moment try it yourself, you might be surprised.

Try an AD option in pc settings. Toggle the first button off and on. Most the time it helps. I think gameloft will resolve ad issues in next update.

Small GUI flub when viewing the Legend Pass in the Shop while a "Just for you" discount is active, with the timer of the pass overlapping (red arrow). I'm playing A9 on a maximised window, but I tried scaling the game window to see if it fixes the glitch; it doesn't.
A possible fix is to move the "Just for you" text directly left of "50% offer".

Not getting any credits or tickets for watching Gameloft ads. All other ads (puzzle games and such) work just fine. Any solution for this?

so, uh, i was playing a career race, and then suddenly it kicked me out mid-race, did the start-up loading screen, and acted as if the game had just been opened. It still docked me the gas for the car too

possible explanation: network issue. as the game needs constant well-working internet connection, any issue results in reloading the game.

Turn the advertiser ID off, then back on in Windows Settings -> Privacy (first option). Then restart the game. Sometimes restart it twice (if you still get Gameloft ads). Then regular ads should return. And the time for those Gameloft ads will be subtracted from refuel...
